Rooms are dated corridors dated . Mattress really old everything feels budget . Hate it here already by night the place looks really terrible . One little table for a late night bar ? Shocking

WARNING BE PREPARED FOR INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF the hotel itself an facilities were good an hats off to the kids club an the staff there were fine. But I have never encountered such rude staff members an so unhelpful. We got extremely terrible service one night an our friend got threatened by the general manager him an all the other staff would fight him. We were trying to explain how poorly we had been treated but no one woild listen no one was willing to help just demanding money off us. No apology no nothing. Ive asked multiple time for bananas for mg 1 year old to be told NO or to go somewhere else. Stood in guest relations explaining how badly we have been treated go then have the so called guest relations manager starry slagging my husband off to another guest saying we are just trying to get off with our bill an we are horrible people. I've never been so embarrassed upset an spoken too so badly bad any staff in any other hotel weve stayed in turkey. Be warned the hotel is nice but the staff unfortunately bring this hotel down To prove our point syaid the general manager at guest relations told us Go do a review no one cares anyway Sadly that just shows they arent bothered but people should know

We stayed at this hotel in June 2026 for 10 nights as a family of 10 including 2 children and 2 babies. We had an amazing stay! Hotel is clean / staff are lovely and work so hard. Food was really good and had different stuff everyday. We went to the wet and wild everyday as it had the kids area. So much for the kids they all loved the baby slides area and the splash pad. Most of the pools also have a swim up ledge which is great for the kids we sat near this most days. The food in the day time was lovely and you could pick from all the different snack bar areas. We had a standard room for the 4 of us and was plenty of room. We would definitely be returning to this hotel.
