Hotel Baia Lara

We had a fantastic stay at Baia Lara. As a family with young children, there are usually many things to worry about on holiday, but at Baia Lara our only concern was making sure the kids had enough sunscreen on! The kids’ club, the fenced children’s pool area, and the playground were all fantastic and perfectly designed for families. There were plenty of fun activities for the children during the day, and the evening mini disco was a highlight for our kids. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of both our room and the hotel in general. A friendly young housekeeper from Bali did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The food in the main restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. We especially appreciated the dedicated kids’ buffet, which had its own separate area and made mealtimes much easier for families. Baia Lara is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have visited in the Antalya region. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of an unpleasant experience at the spa. Since the spa is part of the hotel, I feel it’s important to mention it. I was offered a great deal on a classic massage by a very friendly salesperson, who recommended a treatment with an excellent massage therapist. He was absolutely right—the massage was exactly what I needed, and the therapist was highly skilled. After the treatment, I was served some herbal tea while relaxing in the lounge. While I was sitting there, one of the women at the spa reception approached me. Her name tag said Şenay, and she was determined to sell me additional treatments. She told me that my body had “deteriorated” and that I needed several treatments. She also pointed out what she considered to be flaws in my face and insisted that I needed expensive skincare products and facial treatments. I found this extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially as I had given birth only ten months earlier. Instead of making me feel relaxed and cared for after a wonderful massage, I left feeling embarrassed and judged. This is not how guests should be treated, and it is certainly not an acceptable way to encourage additional sales. Later, I spoke to other guests at the hotel, including two sisters from Switzerland, who had experienced similar behaviour from the same woman. Despite this unfortunate experience, we would happily return to Baia Lara because the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. However, we would definitely skip the spa next time.

8th time we have visited baia lara hotel we have come back every year due to it being the best hotel we have visited in Turkey and the value for money is the best. The service and facilities are brilliant we cannot fault anything about the visit and stay

Fantastic holiday! 8th time at this hotel :) Staff all friendly and welcoming, rooms very clean and kept spotless!!! Food is delcious with lots of choice. The entertainment is fab with great variety for all to enjoy! The foam party in pool geeat for all our son loved this.. will be back for a 9th visit for sure!!! X

An Unforgettable Holiday with Amazing Memories! We stayed at Baia Lara Hotel as a large group of friends and had a truly wonderful vacation. A huge thank you to the entire animation team for making our holiday so magnificent. However, there is one person who holds a very special place in all our hearts: Black Diamond Kamissa! She built a genuine friendship with each one of us. Whether she was assisting us with a Public Relations approach, entertaining us during the activities, or simply sharing her incredibly warm and positive energy, she made us feel truly happy throughout our stay. We now have a fantastic reason to choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you all so much for your amazing energy and warm hospitality!
