
Well what can I say except you would be hard pushed to find a better hotel. The staff were attentive very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and cleaned every day with fresh towels daily, mini bar stocked daily. The food resteraunts had a varied diet of foods to cater for all dietary needs and always plenty of it. The pools and bar areas were kept spotless and to cap it all you can have premium spirits or beers included . We had a problem with our shower and found the shower tray a bit slippery I mentioned this to ‘Guest Relations’ and within 1 hour there was a shower mat to put in shower and a maintenance guy fixing the shower…all sorted so thank you for that. You will not be disappointed and would be amazed if you found fault with this accommodation…..but we are all different! One of the best A.Inclusive I have stayed in brilliant loved it!😀🏝️
I have to say it’s a beautiful hotel. Staff are so friendly. When we arrived we had 2 separate rooms booked and was offered an upgrade to a swim up room! The swim up rooms are perfect it ment we could chill beside the pool while my daughter played in the pool without us worrying! It’s was just perfect . Good veriety of food even for fussy people. A very pleasant experience that we have really enjoyed it’s very clean staff are always busy but still welcoming! Thank you baia Lara team

THE GOOD Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel itself is pleasant, with well-maintained gardens and grounds that are a credit to the team. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One unexpected highlight was the drinks selection. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts, there was a great range of branded gins, rums and whiskies available, which was a welcome surprise. The outdoor lunch area was also excellent. The kebabs, pizzas, salads and fries were consistently good and, for me, the best food on offer at the resort. THE BAD My two biggest issues were the air conditioning and the food quality. The air conditioning was ineffective at night, leaving the room hot and stuffy. Although customer services provided a fan, it didn’t address the underlying problem. A hotel that advertises air conditioning should ensure it works properly, especially for sleeping. The food often looked impressive, but the quality didn’t always match the presentation. Fish night was particularly disappointing, with overcooked king prawns, salmon and other seafood. The amount of waste whole prawns & fish left on plates by guests was depressing. I’d much rather see simpler dishes cooked well than expensive ingredients wasted through poor preparation. Breakfast may also be challenging for picky eaters, as the options felt quite limited if you prefer a more traditional english style breakfast. The reserving of sunbeds needs attention. Many beds by the pool and beach remained empty until early afternoon despite being reserved all morning. Lift waiting times could also be frustrating, you can use the stairs but they are not clearly marked and look like they are for emergencies only which they are not. Recommendations * Fix the air conditioning. * Focus on food quality rather than expensive ingredients that aren’t cooked well. * Police the sunbeds. * Improve access to stairs or reduce lift waiting times. Despite these issues, I had an enjoyable holiday. The friendly staff, attractive grounds, excellent lunch options and branded drinks selection made for a good stay. Addressing the food quality and air conditioning would easily make this a 5-star experience.
