We have truly loved our holiday. To aid future travellers in deciding whether to book I have done a review based on our personal opinion and tastes. Rooms - modern, comfortable, lovely beds, nicely styled. Really nice decor, touch pad lights etc., great water pressure in the showers. They could probably do with a deep clean in the corners of the floor and showers, but it's certainly not dirty, it's just wear and tear/ regular use over time. We slept so well, having proper duvets was a lovely touch, the Aircon was great and the room was completely dark leading to lovely restful nights. I didn't think the housekeeping was very thorough but I don't know what is normal and what is not, they changed the towels and straightened the beds but the beds were never changed or remade in 9 nights - it was fine, but I do like coming back from a hot day to the beds having been put nicely (personal preference). Pools - the pools, slides, splash park etc. are a children's paradise! Our little boy is 8 and has had the time of his life. No queues for the slides - in August?! It's never been known and he loved it!!! We never had an issue getting a sunlounger, the hotel is massive but never felt crowded, there is enough space for all the people. The inflatables are expensive to buy in the shop within the hotel (obviously) you can bring your own and the people at the towel desks will inflate for you. There is a few issues of wear and tear around the pool but again, it's mid august and it's a busy hotel, I am sure those things will be rectified in the quieter months. Drinks - great selection of beers (bottled - what a treat), draft, cocktails and branded/ unbranded spirits. As a prosecco drinker, I have struggled because the prosecco/ sparkling wine/ what they call champagne in Turkey, is definitely more of an 'Asti'. As a 'as cold, fizzy and dry as it can be' fizz drinker I was out of luck, if you're your same perhaps pick up a couple of bottles on your way out of the country. It was expensive in the arrival airport. Other than that, the selection of drinks were good, the beer was cold and the spirit measures long. The liquid art cocktail bar is lovely and although the menu is limited, we tried some lovely ones that we wouldnt have otherwise considered which made a nice change. Food - we only ate in two of the a la cartes. Id misunderstood the booking system and as mentioned above, we slept so well that we weren't down in time to book at 9am. I hadn't realised that you could also book for the following day and thought it was a day by day process. However we tried the Turkish and the Chinese, they were ok. My husband really liked the Turkish but it's not my type of food, the chinese wasnt either of our favourites. The buffet was great, something for everyone, and I'm not an adventurous eater. Possibly a bit samey but we enjoyed it (now home if I don't see another buffet for a good six months it won't be a sad thing haha). The snack bars through the days were good, as was the poolside snack bar. Breakfast was great - freshly made omlettes, always a good option. We tended to have late breakfasts (between 10 and 11am) at which time the buffet was lovely, there were no queues and it was calm with no one tripping over one another. We didn't go in the height of the breakfast time so I can't comment however... We also ate between 8:30 and 9pm on an evening, on our last night before our transfer we went in at around 7:30 and it was a different place completely to what we were used to. Queues, kids everywhere (we have one of our own but some of these seemed to be relatively unsupervised) and just generally everyone seeming to be walking into each other. It wasn't fun and if anything, we realised we were ready for home so we didn't have to share our space with anyone else for a while 🤣 To summarise - we had a lovely, lovely holiday. If the kids are happy, I think it makes life easier for us adults and our son was ecstatic. The hotel was really tastefully decorated and felt more luxurious than other 5 star properties we have stayed in. I do think turkey do it best when it comes to all inclusives. We chatted to quite a few people while we were there who loved this hotel but also acknowledged that they have stayed in others with other more superior elements - better food, nicer drinks, however they all agreed that the facilities for the kids in this one were special. Would we come back? Yes we would, but not next year and perhaps only for 7 nights. Hope this is helpful for anyone weighing up their holidays options ☺️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best holiday ever at Delphin Palace! 🇹🇷☀️🌴 We had an absolutely amazing holiday at Delphin Palace from start to finish! Everything was fantastic — from the beautiful hotel and amazing atmosphere to the friendly and attentive staff. The food was incredible, with so much choice and something for everyone, and the facilities were fantastic. There was always plenty to do, whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the entertainment. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing and were so sad to leave. We’ve made some amazing memories and had the best time ever. A huge thank you to everyone at Delphin Palace for making our holiday so special. We will 100% be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️
We had a lovely trip with a large family group. Lots to do for family of all ages.
Fantastic location and facilities. Lots of choice for food and drinks freely available.
bad reception team, rude taxi booked through them where he pushed my kid and told us bad words
