We travelled as two families (4 adults and 3 children) and had a fantastic holiday. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The refurbishment has completely transformed it and the interior is flawless. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. We spent every day at the Serenity Aqua Park, which was brilliant for both adults and children. The pools are fantastic and the whole area feels modern, clean and well designed. The standout feature for us was the service. It was honestly some of the best we’ve experienced anywhere, and we’ve recently stayed at both Lara Barut and Anda Barut. The staff, especially the team on roller skates, were exceptional. At one point I had four drinks brought over without even needing to ask! They were constantly checking on guests, clearing away glasses and keeping the pool area immaculate. The level of attention was outstanding. Our only real disappointment was that the evening entertainment at the Serenity Arena was reserved for Imperial guests only. This really should be made much clearer when booking, as we found the entertainment at the Palace to be quite disappointing in comparison. It feels like both Palace and Imperial guests should be able to enjoy the Arena entertainment. The only other improvement we’d suggest would be adding an ice cream freezer at the Serenity Aqua Park so families don’t have to walk back to the main hotel every time the children want an ice cream. If I had one more suggestion, it would be to refurbish the outdoor grounds of Delphin Palace. While they’re by no means scruffy, they don’t quite match the incredible standard of the newly refurbished hotel or the Serenity Aqua Park. Updating the outdoor areas would complete the transformation and make the whole resort feel consistently luxurious. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. The food, service, refurbishment and Aqua Park are all first class. Despite the couple of minor points above, we genuinely couldn’t fault our stay and would return without hesitation. 10/10.
Fantastic hotel, brilliant locations. Facilities are fantastic. We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to others to come here.
I am for the first year in Antalya and the hotel that I chose is very very beautiful. You have all you want here....food,drinks,hospitality,room...deserve every money, even more. Thanks for everything. You are the Best! ❤️
We booked a family holiday with four adults and 3 young children hoping we could find somewhere that satisfied us from age 69 to 4. To say our expectations were exceeded is a massive understatement, having been fortunate enough to stay in many 5* hotels worldwide i have to rate this at the very top. The facilities are excellent, a number of bars and restaurants for the adults, and pools, clubs and entertainment to satisfy the younger travelers The whole site was immaculately clean and well maintained, the food was varied, delicious and wonderfully presented with a number of theme nights The staff were outstanding, we had some superb people looking after our every need, with kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. The options for the children were amazing with the water parks catering for all ages, entertainment every evening (followed by adult shows that were great too), kids clubs and events such as the candy club where the kids can collect a variety of candy from the team. In summary it is impossible to imagine how the holiday could have been improved, we will definitely return next year and would totally recommend this hotel and experience to any and all who read this review 11/10!!!
This is my honest review and these are things I wish we’d known before we arrived. Location The location is great there are ample shops you can walk to and roam around on an evening we have two young children so haven’t ventured far. We had a private transfer and I believe it took around 30 minutes from the airport. We booked this with our travel provider however other families have told us they grabbed a taxi at the airport or pre booked themselves for less than half of what we’d paid. Atmosphere The main thing I will say about this hotel is your children will never be bored. My 5 year old loves the kids club, we have to bribe her to leave. The rides in the evening are brilliant my kids just run around like crazy going from one ride to the next. The slides and entertainment team are great, there’s a splash pad and smaller water park for younger children and the smaller pool is on a steady decline which my 2 year old loved. The skate team with the drinks around the pool are brilliant constantly checking if they can get you anything, they honestly work so hard and during our stay it has been HOT! If you’re thinking about getting a cabana just bear in mind you don’t get a butler it’s the skate team checking in on you a little more frequently and it’s not waiter service for lunch you will still need to go eat in the restaurant or bring it back to your cabana which isn’t the experience we’ve had in other hotels. Food The food here is not the best, I’ve been to 5 other hotels in Turkey and the food here is my least favourite unless you’re in the Al a cart then we’ve found the food to be delicious. You have to queue at 9am to book your al a cart for the following day which is frustrating it would be much better on an app as we’ve been trying to time breakfast so that one of us can go and queue. Room Our room is lovely, it’s clean and the maid service everyday has been good. It’s modern and a good space for a family of four. Unfortunately we are opposite the hotel on the other side of the street and they party until midnight which if my children were older wouldn’t bother me at all but getting them down for bed has been a nightmare. The music thuds, then the prayer call is around 4:55am (this is Turkish culture not a complaint just giving all information) and the maids are in their cupboard opposite our room around 7am. We are on day 5 and I am so tired. You can obviously have a lie in but if you’d like to be in an al a carte or get a lounger around the main pool this will not be possible. They have offered to change my room however repacking and unpacking a family of 4 is as unappealing as the lack of sleep. Lifts When we arrived I was impressed at the number of lifts however they are so small it takes so long to get one during busy periods and people are beyond rude. People actually walk around the stroller to queue jump and it can be a little stressful. Being British we queue and wait our turn but we’ve had to become ruthless and on a few occasions I’ve actually had to say to people no we’ve been waiting a long time, they probably had no idea what I was saying and thought I was crazy but I got in the lift in the end. Spa The spa was great, great price, great service and lovely treatments. Myself and my husband both had a Turkish bath and massage. Overall we are enjoying our time together as a family and the kids are having a blast which is what it’s all about. These are niggles that in isolation probably wouldn’t bother us but all together I don’t think this a 5 star hotel.
