Very clean and fresh after being refurbished last year..food good, choice is very good never struggle to find something and I am a fussy eater. . Went to the imperial 2 years ago and the palace is a lot calmer pace .. if you want a relaxing break this is the place to go..if you like hustle and bustle choose imperial

We had another wonderful stay at Dolphin Palace Lara Hotel from May 9th to May 20th. This was our fifth time visiting the hotel, which already says a lot about how much we love this place. We were a group of six people, and the check-in process was very quick and smooth. One thing we really appreciate is that upon arrival, guests immediately receive their wristbands and can start using all hotel facilities right away. The hotel also provides a comfortable lounge room with lockers where you can safely leave your belongings before receiving your room and then enjoy breakfast, the beach, or the pool without any worries. We were also very lucky with the weather during our stay, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would especially like to thank several outstanding employees who made our holiday unforgettable. First of all, Carolina at Reception – she is simply amazing and means everything to us. For the past five years, she has been helping us with every question and request, always with professionalism, kindness, and a smile. Anyone lucky enough to be assisted by Carolina is in the best hands. ❤️ A special thank you also goes to Irfan from the animation team. He is energetic, friendly, and very professional. He knows exactly when to encourage guests to join activities and when to give them space. He regularly organized volleyball games and sometimes even managed to gather four teams. Fantastic job! We would also like to recognize the waiters, restaurant staff, and bar team for their excellent service. They are attentive, hardworking, incredibly fast, and somehow remember every guest and their preferences. Their dedication makes a huge difference and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to: - Tashtambek Kimbolotov (Bar Garçon) – the most attentive person on the pier, never standing around idle and always greeting guests with a smile. - Diar Özçelik (Bartender) - Mertuur Dikan (Chef) - Salih D. (Restaurant Manager) - Berivan Yildiz - Esra Taşkın - And our sunshine, Enedzhan Mukhamova (Waitress) – kind, caring, professional, and always quick to help with a beautiful smile. We sincerely wish all of these wonderful people success, happiness, and well-deserved bonuses for their hard work. -Pros- Hotel appearance: The hotel is nice and partially luxurious. Beverage availability: You can grab any drink from the fridges located almost everywhere, though the selection is somewhat limited. View: The view of the Hotel Imperial and a partial view of the sea is nice and rather peaceful. Check-in speed: The check-in process was instant upon arrival around 1:00 AM. Service: In most cases, the service is immediate, with one exception (see the Pool Bar in the cons). Cleanliness: The cleanliness standard here is very high. -Cons- Internet: The internet is an absolute disaster—slow, with a weak Wi-Fi signal, especially in the rooms. Housekeeping: Replenishing toilet paper and soap was not automatic. Food selection: The food is mostly the same every day, except for special dinners where a few dishes were changed. Pool Bar service: The service at the Pool Bar was fine initially, but on the third day, we were completely ignored by the staff several times, while the tables around us were served instead. Water slides: In the newly built Serenity aquapark, the water slides have a weight limit of up to 100 kg, except for two of them. Closed attractions: Two very interesting water slides were completely closed. Time restrictions: Most venues and snack bars have limited operating hours. There is no outdoor entertainment after 11:30 PM. Paid activities: All activities like bowling, billiards, etc., are paid. I would expect these services to be included in an Ultra All-Inclusive package. Ping-pong: Table tennis is free but placed in a completely unsuitable location; there is a wall on one side of the table and a pool on the other, so the balls easily roll into the water. -Conclusion- The stay here was not bad, but in my opinion, this was not luxurious enough for this hotel to hold a 5-star rating.
