Hotel Delphin Palace

The rooms were fantastic—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt high-quality and well thought out. The food was absolutely delicious, with amazing flavors and excellent presentation. Every meal was a highlight of the stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great dining.

I am extremely disappointed with how this establishment handled my 12-year-old child. We were looking forward to using the supervised children’s club, only to be told he could not attend because of his autism (after over 1 hour of playing where there were no issues whatsover, we were called back to collect him). This was not only upsetting but completely unacceptable. No effort was made to understand, or even have a constructive conversation about how he could be included, despite me explaing he had no medical needs. Our boy is high functioning and not a bit of trouble to care for. Instead, he was simply refused. What made this even more frustrating was that after being turned away, I contacted the online chat support service and was clearly advised that children with autism are welcome to join the club. This contradiction highlights a serious lack of communication, training, and consistency in how families are treated. To add to this, while the staff maintained that no wrongdoing had occurred, we were offered a complimentary cabana from guest relations as a “way of apologising.” This only reinforced the sense that we had been wronged, despite the refusal to acknowledge it. Situations like this make it very clear that inclusivity is not being properly implemented in practice. Families with children who have additional needs should be aware of this before booking, as the lack of understanding and support was both disheartening and exclusionary. I hope management takes this seriously, ensures staff are properly trained, and aligns their policies with what is being communicated to customers—because no child should be made to feel unwelcome or excluded in this way.

Beautiful location, friendliest staff and perfect food. Pool are just right temperature for time of year and never stuck looking for things to do! Highly recommend.
