Hotel Delphin Palace

Expected much, much more from a 5 star hotel. When we were checking in we were offered (at a cost) to upgrade to a nicer room. We ended up upgrading to a sea view Junior Suite at an extra cost of almost £300. The room was ok, but the daily cleaning left much to be desired. The floor was never swept/washed properly, the duvet was far too small for the bed, the shower would overflow outside the enclosure onto the dressing area floor. The TV was mounted on a metal rod fixed into a tv stand. It was supposed to swivel so it could be facing either the sofa or the bed. Unfortunately it always faced into the sofa and had almost no English speaking channels. There was only one bedside table meaning the person on the other side of the bed had nowhere to leave their mobile, book, glasses etc. The balcony was never swept which meant carrying dirt into the bedroom. The noise level from the pool areas was ridiculous, the loud, awful music went on for most of the day, the water aerobics were the loudest. The entertainment in the evenings meant more music/noise which could last as late as 11.30pm! The dining areas were noisy and usually very busy, the food was only ever lukewarm at best. We have stayed numerous times in the sister 4 star Delphin Diva and the 5 star Delphin Imperial hotels in Antalya, unfortunately this one does not compare well with them, I would only give this hotel 3 stars and would not recommend, certainly not for the total price we paid.

The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a beautiful sandy beach. We've chosen this hotel chain eight times now, and we're always satisfied with the quality of service.

Very enjoyable time at another Delphin Hotel! Last time we were at Botanik Platinum. Very good atmosphere, lots of activities, great services and nice staff! Tons of food to choose from as well as many restaurants to try different cuisines in! Definitely will be coming back next year!

Great place. Visited 10+ Times. Each year better then previous. What to improve: It would be great to have free bikes gravel / mtb for riding to the nearest places with some route recommendation maps in reception.

5/5 family trip with 18 month baby. Absolutely fantastic! The water park and splash park is exceptional! So many food options and the cocktails are ‘real’ cocktails not the ready made syrup stuff. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is spotless and bed super comfortable. We will def be back
