Hotel Eftalia Village

Second time we have been and absolutely love the place, food is great, staff are amazing, and there is absolutely everything you need here. We will be back again next year. The only gripe I have is that we had 2 teenage girls and was provided 1 bedroom and had to pay £120 for a bigger room which was 1008. We did email prior to arrival but never had a response. Apart from that all good

We arrived early hours, long bus drive from airport approx 2.5 hours. Room tired and needs a refurb. Bathroom door very worn. 2 thin blankets on bed. I was cold every night and needed extra blanket which the cleaning lady happily provided. Bottled water readily available. Crate of water in hallway of block we stayed in. Staff were always busy working always doing something and being helpful. Restaurant is the downfall for me, the staff like busy ants always rushing about working. Food....I have had one hot meal all week, sadly it was always luke warm. There is a microwave though. Food very bland. Desserts always looked brilliant but sadly lacked flavour. BUT I certainly didn't go hungry always found something to eat and I wasn't expecting English food in Turkey. I am a wine drinker but the white wasn't particularly great so I has sprite with it that made it drinkable. Cocktails are charged not sure how much though. Pools are lovely to look at but the water is freezing so be aware. Would I visit here again its a definite no. Did we have an awful time also a no. Just feel certain things need addressing. There's a few cats on site. One had 4 black kittens and she had a box to stay in,I just wish she'd be neutered. Also a pregnant kitten.....she wasn't very old....needs neutered. Unsure if they get vetinary care. They are fed not sure if that's by staff or not

Absolutely fantastic entertainment here at the village. They interact during the day making the transition to the evening free flowing. Mabel as a shout out has been amazing with our son. She has really helped him find more confidence and this will help him when we return home. We can’t thank them enough 5 stars from us.

Potter was the best entertainer. Entertainment is great in general. Brilliant holiday!

Did not cater for British, rooms had paint flaking off the walls, we were all inclusive plus but could only get beer, soft drinks tea or coffee, if you wanted cocktails you had to pay for them
