Hotel Eftalia Village

This hotel is not 5 stars, it's 3 plus in Jet2 holidays, but I think it should be 3. The rooms are not isolated at all, you can hear your neighbours coughing and talking. It's not a family hotel, there were load young groups making noise till 1-2am in the morning. The only nice staff was restaurant, massage centre and housekeeping. Rooms were made up every day and were clean. Food was delicious,but repetitive. Reception was not helpful at all, there is a lady there that would not even look at you while speaking on several occasions. Entertainment was very poor. We didn't try the island one, so it might have been better. Both slides at the hotel and aqua park worked 10-11.45 am and then 2-5pm, so not a full day. Ice cream was available for 2 hours only with 2 flavours only. The beach was amazing! Overall, not what you would expect as service in Turkey. I wouldn't go back to this hotel, maybe to the rest of the group, but if only friends recommend them. Not value for money at all!

Amazing staff, very friendly and approachable. Plenty to do within the resort and especially with such a short walk to the Island where there is lots more to do. Very active night life and relaxing mornings to be had.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Eftalia Village for 10 days (2nd–12th October) and had an amazing time. It's the perfect interactive holiday, with lots of activities going on throughout the day, so you're never bored. Our room had a double and a single bed, was very clean and had a good view. The maids did a great job cleaning every day and sometimes left fun designs made from the bedsheets, which was a lovely touch to come back to. The main buffet is about what you'd expect from an all-inclusive – not amazing, but not bad either. The real tip is the island, about a 10 minute walk away, which has lots of good food included for free. The pools, slides and beach were all great too – honestly no complaints. What really made our holiday was the staff. A huge thank you to Barak from the animation team, who was super friendly, got us involved in all the activities and went above and beyond to spend time with us. We genuinely made a good friend in him. Another big thank you to Diyar at the bar, who was the perfect bar staff member. He always came over for a chat, made our evenings so much more enjoyable, and even brought drinks to our table when he didn't have to. We would definitely come back, and we'd recommend Eftalia Village to couples and families who want a more interactive all-inclusive experience with fun people who make sure you're never bored. 5 stars!

Second time in this hotel. Animation team are very friendly (Burak) he managed to convince me to play darts. Very friendly and made our experience better. The bartender (diyar) is also amazing and very lovely.
