Hotel Meryan

What a lovely 10 days we had in this beautiful hotel. The hotel was so well run and spotlessly clean every single day, we really couldn’t believe how lovely it was. Plenty of smiling faces from the staff all happy to help if needed, food was plentiful and if high standard, beautiful pools and grounds and a great private pebble beach to enjoy. Meryan hotel you really are 5* and deserve the recognition!! Big thank you to the owner of the clothing shop located inside the hotel, he was very pleasant and offered great clothing at great prices, much cheaper than stores located outside of the hotel, give him a visit he’s super friendly and happy to help with no pressure. Also the hairdressers staff, located downstairs, very lovely!! Owner of the small shop located inside the hotel should take a tip from the clothing shop owner and treat your customers with respect, he wasn’t pleasant and appeared less than impressed when he had to get up of his bum to serve you, he also charged what he felt on the day as prices for the same items changed daily, going up each time! Never with a smile or a simple thank you!! Would highly recommend this hotel to family’s. Antalya airport is the only negative about this holiday and the only reason why we would never return, so badly run.

We spent a week here and I couldn’t find a single fault we had the best week! The pool, beach, rooms, entertainment were all amazing and at the end of the week we didn’t want to come home. Food is great and always so much choice, staff are great, friendly and polite and work hard. Pool is beautiful and always loads of sun loungers. Room was spacious, modern, clean and cleaned daily. Entertainment team were absolutely brilliant and really made the holiday for us. Always so much to do, activities, disco’s and we had great fun! Special mention to Anna, Alena, Nodo and Josef they went out their way to make the holiday fun and included us in everything thank you. I’ve never returned to a hotel before but I will be looking at going back next year! An amazing hotel, location and people thank you for the best week.

This was our first trip to Turkey and being in our 60s was unsure of which part of Turkey to stay and which hotel. We finally came across this hotel on the internet and after reading all of the posit e review we decided that this sounded like the perfect holiday. I can honestly say that this is most probably the best all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel is spotless and you can see the cleaners out at all hours ensuring the hotel is kept this way. The grounds outside are also beautifully kept and we loved standing on the little bridge watching the fish swim in the small river. The rooms are perfect, beds very comfy and a lovely modern bathroom with large shower. We had. Small balcony but it was big enough for the two of us to sit outside and have a drink. Entertainment team work very hard to deliver a range of keep fit classes and evening shows. We didn’t find the music to loud, we enjoyed listening to it. Food - this was my only personal issue. My husband will eat anything and everything…..so not a problem, he enjoyed every mouthful. For me, I find eating a broad very difficult, so for me, I would have preferred some plainer foods on offer. ( but what I did eat was lovely) I could write so many positive comments about this hotel so here is a quick list. Plenty of sun beds 247 lobby bar Great private beach but bring beach shoes Ice creams included Pool restaurant amazing, great pizzas Great room Great staff Great holiday. We will be back!!!

Everything is amazing except one thing, the evening (and sometimes afternoon) music is just TOO LOUD! It is great that there is a party every night, but I feel you can hear the music in Istanbul. Why does it need to be SO extremely loud?? The soundproof of the room is non-existing and if you have kids or want to sleep before midnight, find another hotel. Not sure I would be back just for that one reason. P.s. also the reception staff could be nicer, all other staff members are amazing except them, feel rude and unapproachable...

Fabulous ultra all inclusive hotel that really goes the extra mile for the guests. The food and drink is amazing. Plenty of sunbeds and a large pool and also pool for children with water slides. Beach is shingle with lots of beds and umbrellas. Access to sea can be via a jetty with steps. Entertainment is really good. The hotel director is a lovely man who keeps the place running like clockwork. This fabulous hotel is a credit to him. We loved the Meryan and will be returning next year 😊
