Hotel Miracle Resort

Very nice activities during the day and very amazing evening program. The restaurant is very big and various food options. The animation team is very hard working to ensure a plesent time and everything that is organized is very fun.

A rather unpleasant experience. We traveled as a group of nine people. Three of the children experienced vomiting, and two of them ended up in the hospital, where they were diagnosed with an enterovirus infection. Two of the adults also had stomach issues. The dining area was chaotic. It was very difficult to find a free table, and the staff struggled to clear and reset tables quickly enough. We even saw cats inside the main restaurant, including one urinating on the furniture. The food was not very continental/European and was not child-friendly. There were several days when I ended up eating only French fries or rice because there weren’t many suitable options. The walk from the hotel to the beach is quite long, around 10 minutes at a normal pace. The rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are decent, although I often woke up with back pain. The housekeeping was average at best—not what you would expect from a five-star resort. The pools are beautiful, but they close far too early. There is nowhere to take a pleasant walk outside the resort, so you feel quite restricted to staying within the hotel grounds.

Hotel was beautiful and pools area plenty. Loved the pier and the fridge of water. Very disappointment by the food. I’m not a fussy eater but worst hotel for food. I didn’t like the selection and that was a full . Found it hard because it wasn’t help yourself buffet and some times when asking the portion sizes were very small. Best part of the hotel was the pool entertainment team who went above and beyond every single day

Great hotel, food good, clean and pool area is great. We really enjoy the bar in the lobby as the staff are so friendly and make the best drinks big shout out to Mehmet who works on the lobby bar. A all round great hotel this is our 2nd trip and we will be returning again next year with a party of 30 people
