We visited the kids club in February 2026 with our family. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the area was generally clean and safe for children. There were various activities available, which kept the kids entertained for some time. My children enjoyed parts of it, especially the creative activities.

I came here with my football academy and the rooms and experience was great the food was truly amazing and would definetely come back here with my family

The hotel is typical of many modern hotels catering for the masses; superficial. The rooms are spacious and neatly presented. However do not be surprised when things break easily; in our case the door handle came off and the curtains came crashing down. These were not fixed despite three times speaking to reception. The walls are also very thin. We had the misfortune to be amongst numerous babies (crying during the night was akin to being in the same room - noise levels were high during our visit!) and young children who were not particularly well behaved largely owing to absent parents; kids roamed the hotel quite freely which was nice in some ways but during late and early hours became irritating. The food was plentiful and very well presented. Desserts looked delicious but unfortunately all tasted the same. There were plenty of healthy options available and everything seemed fresh. Unfortunately, one of our party had a lucky escape when he chewed on a large piece of metal that had fallen away from one of the meat grinders they have to hold the meat. The location was great in terms of it being near the airport and directly in the beach. The security to get in and out of the place as well as onto the beach was heavy handed at times. In some ways reassuring but in other ways it certainly did not help the holiday atmosphere. The array of shops outside the resort were interesting. But be prepared to be accosted at every step - was very hard work but fun for someone who likes to haggle and be haggled if that’s your thing! The facilities again presented well (was clean enough) but were far too small and few for the number of people in the hotel. The pool and sauna were the opposite of relaxing with towels strewn everywhere and queues to get in at times. As is normal it seems in hotels, massages were hugely overpriced. Everything outside was closed and looked like a building site. The main reason for a poor rating was however the staff. Whilst the waiting staff were very helpful, the people serving the food served almost reluctantly and rarely oozed joy. This was nothing in comparison to the reception staff however who used every opportunity to squeeze money from our wallets with an air of complete superiority and arrogance. Safe to say, we shall not be returning!
