Absolutely amazing hotel! We stayed for 10 nights and didn't want to leave. Entertainment was phenomenal from morning till night and the staff were so friendly they became friends who couldn't do enough for us. Beren, betui and mehmet rusmus thank you for making our stay the best and one to remember! You are truly amazing! Very clean hotel, plenty of food choices for everyone so you won't go hungry. This hotel is one of the best by far so get booking guys you won't be disappointed. We will be returning 😁

We stayed at Miracle Resort in Lara as a family group of seven for a 40th birthday celebration and our 10‑year anniversary. While the hotel has some positives, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations for such an important trip. Positives: The taxi service at the bottom of the hotel was excellent. The drivers were friendly, reliable, and took us wherever we needed to go without any issues. The bar staff were also very good — polite, quick, and created a nice atmosphere around the bars. The room was another positive. It was nice and spacious, although the beds were too soft for our liking. The food had good flavour and plenty of variety, but it was sometimes cold, which took away from the quality. Negatives: The restaurant staff were not great. Service often felt rushed, unfriendly, and at times dismissive, which was frustrating for a large family group. The guest relations manager and some of the reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing as first‑time guests celebrating major milestones. We were surprised to learn that you must stay at the hotel three separate times before you can get a free à la carte reservation. This policy feels outdated and unwelcoming for new guests. Because we had an early flight home, we tried to take some food we had already paid for from the late‑night restaurant. They refused, even though we were still within our paid stay. Another issue was the cat inside the restaurant. Even though the hotel states they do not allow pets, a cat was walking around inside and going under tables. We complained twice and nothing was done. We didn’t mind animals being outside, but not inside when you’re trying to eat — it didn’t feel hygienic at all. Overall: Miracle Resort has good facilities, great bar staff, spacious rooms, and an excellent taxi service, but the rude staff, strict policies, cold food at times, and lack of basic hospitality overshadowed the positives. For a family group of seven celebrating a 40th birthday and anniversary, we expected much better treatment. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t return.

We had a nice experience at Miracle Resort, it is a suitable hotel for a holiday in Antalya with the family. The hotel has an excellent position, right by the sea, and the view from the room was superb. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained, the beds a little hard and the double bed a little small. The resort is very well organized and offers many facilities for a carefree holiday. I especially liked the pools, the beach area and the green spaces. The food is varied and there are enough options for all tastes, even if it is repeated. The staff was insufficient at the main restaurant, they were not attentive, although they received regular tips. a big plus is the team of photographers of the complex, they organise photo sessions absolut superb. Another advantage is the fact that the hotel is in Lara, close to the airport and shopping areas. Overall, Miracle Resort is a good choice for an all-inclusive stay in Antalya, especially for families, but also for those who want to relax and have everything at hand.
