Hotel Miracle Resort

Fantastic hotel, great facilities for kids and plenty choice of swimming pools, snack bars etc. Food amongst the best we have had at an all inclusive hotel as are the drinks. Service was top, even at the poolside. Special mention to Mehmet in Lobby Bar, Yakub in the entertainment team and all of the girls from the mini club.

Food: There is food available, but you have to ask for everything individually—even for something as simple as a piece of bread. This is not the standard of a 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotel. The worst part, however, is the racial discrimination. Although I came from Europe, I am treated differently because of my appearance (not having light-colored eyes). Other guests receive better service, and even though taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed, if they want to take something, no one really stops them. There are good alcoholic drinks, but as mentioned, the way drinks are served also varies depending on the guest’s appearance. Overall, despite the relatively good facilities, I did not have a positive feeling about this hotel.

We had a great stay here, found the rooms very spacious, we had a family room, we are a family of 3. We had a sea view room which was lovely! No problem getting sunbeds. Had to queue to get drinks most of the time at the pool bar but they are very fast and will fill up cold cups if you ask. We really enjoyed the food. The whole chefs serving it/putting it on your plate we really liked from a hygiene point of view. Great for allergies/intolerances, nothing is getting mixed up or the wrong spoon being put in the wrong bowl due to other guests so actually worked really well. A smile and a please and thank you go along way, I think unfortunately the staff as use to customers being quite demanding/rude to them, so give them a smile! Always got a seat in the restaurant no problem, we were a party of 8. Entertainment was a bit repetitive but the kids really enjoyed it! Very talented performers just a very similar thing on every night. You can go to the soft play with the kids if they don't want to stay on their own which was good, lots of paths to walk around the hotel. Shops etc just outside the hotel and probably about 25 mins drive to land of legends which is great.

We have just arrived home from a 5 day break at Miracle resort, on arrival check in was slow, we arrived at 10pm, two staff were on reception doing not very much, we stood for a few minutes without being acknowledged, after which we had to say excuse me before being attended too. On arrival to the room the room was nice, it was more than adequate for the two of us. Mini bar was well stocked with drinks and snacks and we had an excellent view from our large balcony. Only down side was the room got warm overnight and the air con wasn’t on yet as it was still out of season. The main restaurant was still open on arrival allowing us to get some food, burger and chips which was yummy. Restaurants were all clean and staff were pleasant. We tried the Mexican à la carte which was excellent and well worth the additional euros, we tried to book the Italian however it was fully booked. Bar staff were excellent and almost always had a big smile when serving you. Snack bar areas were busy but the food was fantastic, Turkish kebab was our favourite. Pool area was huge with plenty going on but not too noisy. Pool was cold due to the time of year but there is a heated pool for those not brave enough. Beach area was clean and tidy beach bar was our fav place for a few drinks and people watching. I was disappointed the pier was the pier well not constructed yet but again we went in the off season, and that’s just a personal thing to me as I love a morning and evening pier walk. Overall great stay, would like to stay again in full season when everything is open to experience all the à la carte restaurants. Housekeeping and gardening staff were always on the go cleaning and prepping, there was also a fair bit of maintenance work ongoing in prep for the main season coming in a few weeks which is always a good thing. Hotel was really spotless. Check out was quick and efficient. Overall a great holiday in the sunshine.
