Hotel Nena

Went there for 10 nights with family and friends the hotel is good but location it's not nice. The restaurant waiter they don't care about customer and food was expired they saved old food and its smells .taste bad as well we made a complaint .even we prove it to chef and manager as well and they check the food it's smelly and they did apologize to us. Night stage show wasn't good .only 1 day we enjoyed it that's it.

The hotel looks like a 5-star hotel, but I can only give it 2 stars. The staff is poor. The concept is bad. The food is bad, only chicken dishes. They suddenly stopped serving beer at the beach bar. There's a beach bar, but no beer. The drinks at the bars run out early. The staff doesn't treat customers well. Everyone was complaining. I definitely don't recommend it. It's not worth the price. I will never go back to a hotel like this.

Club Nena did not appear to be 5 star. Very dated decor and furniture. Rooms minimal no draws just 1 wardrobe. Clean and tidy rooms. Restaurant was limited for choice unless you liked your food swimming in watery gravy. Salad bar was ok as was the bakery. Very limited choice for children (spaghetti bolognaise or chicken nuggets) chips. Drinks ok but you had to get them yourself.. no waiter service round the pool or beach even if an evening you had to get your own at the bar. We were the only English at the hotel and not many staff spoke our language. Entertainment was all in Russian or German even the music! The evening entertainment was like being in Butlins.. so corny and rubbish.. after a few days there a big party of Turkish people arrived and the reps and entertainment team were all over them.. couldn’t do enough for them! Overall it was not a nice experience at all.. No market day and few shops outside were very cheap and tacky.. on the last night we had trouble sitting out our return transfer and the receptionists did not want to help us out.. they said only the hotel was their responsibility not transfers. We asked to use the phone and they refused saying too expensive!!! We got it sorted ourselves after about 45 mins. All that was good were the swimming pools and beach.. everything else a total let down.. glad we didn’t have children with us… never again Club Nena.

Worst service ever. Reception is careless, restaurant staff even worse. dirty beaches, people smoking everywhere..

We spent two weeks at Club Nena Hotel. The location and surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel has potential – but sadly, the reality is disappointing. The property is old and poorly maintained. The door to our room was crooked and didn’t close properly; we had to force it every time. Instead of key cards, the hotel still uses old-fashioned metal keys. The food was extremely repetitive with very limited variety. Out of five bars, only the pool bar serves alcoholic drinks. The bar in the main restaurant stops serving drinks at 8:40 PM, even though dinner is until 9:00 PM. The beach bar only offers fizzy drinks and water in flimsy cardboard cups. Hygiene is another major issue – if you arrive for dinner later, around 8 PM, you’ll likely find dirty tables and floors. It’s clear the hotel is understaffed. In the aqua park, there were only two or three lifeguards for eight slides, and one of them spent most of the time staring at his phone instead of watching guests. As a result, one guest collided with four small children on a slide and broke her leg – a completely preventable accident if lifeguards were doing their job. The so-called “relax pool” is anything but relaxing. It’s constantly filled with shouting and screaming, and staff never intervene. Why call it a relax pool if there are no rules or enforcement? I have been vacationing in Turkey for 20 years, and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a negative hotel review. That alone should say enough.
