Hotel Nena

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at Nena Club Hotel. The food is exactly the same every single day, with almost no variety. The hotel advertises children’s entertainment and animation, but during our stay we barely saw any activities for kids. Another very strange thing is the desserts. You can clearly see people eating different desserts in the restaurant, but when you go to the open buffet, they are not there. You have to specifically ask the staff, and only then do they bring them from the kitchen. The room cleaning service was unacceptable. We asked for our room to be cleaned, and the housekeeping staff told us they would come back in five minutes. When they returned later, they simply said they were too busy and would not clean our room. We are on holiday with our young child, so having a clean room is essential. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The swimming pools were dirty and not well maintained. The chicken nuggets served for children didn’t even seem to contain real chicken. They tasted like they were made from processed ingredients rather than real chicken. Getting food was another frustration. We had to stand in long queues just to get three chicken wings. Waiting in the heat for such small portions is simply unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The hotel photos make the beach look like a beautiful sandy beach, but this is misleading. The seabed is full of stones, making it difficult and uncomfortable to enter the water. Another warning is about the paid services inside the hotel. Paying in euros is not the issue. The real problem is that the prices change constantly. For example, one day a can of Red Bull costs €3, and the next day the exact same drink costs €6. There are no consistent prices, so make sure you ask for a receipt every time you buy something. We have stayed at many hotels in Antalya, Alanya, and İzmir, and we have never experienced anything like this. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating. We regret choosing this hotel and will never come back. If you want to waste your money and leave disappointed, this is the place for you.

We had GREAT time on our holiday in this hotel. The entire experience was unforgettable and very interesting, especially the ENTERTAIMENT TEAM (Ali as frontman and all the rest girls and boys) was very friendly and great at their work to amuse all of the guests. We will remember this holiday for all the fun nights spent there playing games and having best time ever!!!!

The hotel is nice, some of the staff are nice, that's all I can say. The food is poor, low quality. But the biggest problem is that they steal in the hotel. The cleaning lady stole 50 euros from my daughter's wallet and stole my partner's shoes. We reported the problem to the reception, but they didn't even apologize.

I had such a lovely stay at Club Nena in Antalya. As a solo traveller, I was a little worried about feeling lonely, but the entertainment team were absolutely amazing — such friendly people, always having a laugh and making everyone feel included. They really made the holiday special for me. The food was really nice with plenty of choice, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Overall, it was a relaxing, fun, and welcoming experience, and I’d happily come back again
