Hotel Nena

The hotel is nice, some of the staff are nice, that's all I can say. The food is poor, low quality. But the biggest problem is that they steal in the hotel. The cleaning lady stole 50 euros from my daughter's wallet and stole my partner's shoes. We reported the problem to the reception, but they didn't even apologize.

I had such a lovely stay at Club Nena in Antalya. As a solo traveller, I was a little worried about feeling lonely, but the entertainment team were absolutely amazing — such friendly people, always having a laugh and making everyone feel included. They really made the holiday special for me. The food was really nice with plenty of choice, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Overall, it was a relaxing, fun, and welcoming experience, and I’d happily come back again

We had really high expectations for Club Nena, especially as it’s advertised as a 5-star resort, but unfortunately our experience didn’t live up to that standard. When we first arrived, the lobby looked absolutely beautiful and gave a great first impression. However, things quickly went downhill once we got to the room. Instead of a proper double bed, it was just two single beds pushed together, which wasn’t comfortable at all. The room itself felt quite dated and, disappointingly, not as clean as we would expect from a hotel of this rating. The food was another letdown. There wasn’t much variety, and overall the quality didn’t match what you’d expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Overall, while the entrance and lobby look impressive, the rest of the experience didn’t reflect a luxury stay. It felt more like a budget holiday than the 5-star experience we were expecting. We moved to another hotel after one morning there.

Only stayed for one week but it was the best week of my life! amazing entertainment and staff, beautiful in the beach resort, beautiful pool and amazing activities to get right into. Checked in at 3-4am but bless the receptionist they were lovely and showed us to our room and any late night snacks if we were hungry. Opportunities to go and do lots of other activities outside of the resort but they will guide you on what you would like. I 100% would recommend going here without a shadow of a doubt and there are plenty of staff wanting to learn more about english language and culture who are absolutely fabulous. All inclusive drinks were available on hand anywhere but only alcoholic at the pool bar if this helps!

We came for 6 days, we found the hotel and grounds very clean and looked after. The staff were attentive & always busy cleaning and very welcoming. The staff are all very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, especially the lunch & dinner. The only downside to the food buffet is the limited selection for breakfast which is mostly continental - maybe this is due to Turkish culture but not generally good options for English tourists. The pools are all very clean and looked after. The entertainment staff went to the extra mile to ensure all guests and children got involved in the activities and the mini disco. The main negative was the watered down alcohol. Nothing would get us drunk (cocktails & lager) but we feel this may be the case for most all inclusive hotels inside and outside of Turkey. The beach was very clean and looked after. The pier must be being replaced as it has all scaffolding up. The waterpark on site had 7 slides we loved them all. The room we had were very big and had everything we needed. The shops on the grounds are value for money even has a clothes shop with fake brands at a very good price. The overall atmosphere is amazing we loved it. Overall a really good stay and we would love to come back in the future & will be recommending to our family & friends as overall value for money cannot be faulted.
