Good value for money hotel, but overall could do with some basic improvements to make the experience even better... The staff was great (except maybe for the grumpy receptionist). They were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, nothing to write home about but you definitely won't stay hungry and you always have decent options for a good meal. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very nice and peaceful, the beach is nice and the beach bar is excellent. The hotel is located in a good spot, close to the beach (cca. 300m) and there is a bus shuttle if you don't want to walk. There is also a Migros supermarket close by and some souvenir shops etc. There is also quite a nice walkway next to the beach that connects all of the hotels' beaches. The entertainment is close to non-existent (could be because it was September) except for the evening performances in the 'amphitheater'. The main gripe was with the overall hygiene of the hotel. If the following issues were resolved this hotel would be amazing. The cutlery, glassware and plates were always stained and never looked properly cleaned, we had to wipe them all with tissues before eating. The rooms are semi-renovated. At first glance they seem clean but then you start noticing the details, like dust on top of the TV, stains on the sheets, and white spots on the toilet sink and shower. The daily cleaning includes refilling the mini-fridge with bottled water and changing the towels. The sheets were never changed in the 8 day stay. Overall, a quite decent hotel for the value, but could be great if adjustments to the hygiene routine were made.
The hotel is excellent, and everything is conveniently located nearby. The animation team is very friendly and welcoming. One of the animators, Batu, is especially wonderful with children—he is kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. He truly stands out among the rest of the team.
It is a nice hotel, very nice places and fun activities. The staff is very nice, helpful and hospitable. Batu who works at the hotel is cheerful, kind and it was fun to meet him.
We are having a brilliant time. Hotel is really nice and so are the staff. Really good entertainment both for children and adults. Really attentive and staff make sure they meet your needs. Su is really friendly and entertaining. Caner is really nice and dj's play really good music.
This was without question the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, and it unfortunately ruined our holiday. The hotel itself is very dated and unclean. Cutlery and crockery were frequently dirty — we often had to dig through piles just to find something usable. Hygiene standards were clearly lacking. The reception staff were unhelpful, dismissive and openly rude. Eye-rolling, hostile tones and a complete lack of professionalism made even simple requests uncomfortable. The most upsetting incident involved the head chef, who aggressively shoved my 13-year-old son because he approached the dinner area less than a minute before opening time. There was no apology, no accountability, and my son was left extremely distressed by the experience. As a parent, this was unacceptable. There were also dogs roaming freely around the hotel, including in the dining area while guests were eating. We have allergies, and when this was raised, it was dismissed. We were told the dogs belonged to the owner, and nothing was done. We also felt we were treated differently as a family of colour. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the way we were spoken to compared to other guests was noticeable and upsetting. There was zero daytime or evening entertainment. The hotel felt lifeless and extremely boring, with no effort made to create any kind of holiday atmosphere. We raised complaints during our stay and later formally complained to Love Holidays on our return. We did receive partial compensation, but that does not undo the experience. I would not recommend this hotel. Our experience was distressing and deeply disappointing.
