stayed at the Ramada hotel & would highly recommend! We arrived early morning to say there was 10 of us check in only took about 15 mins. All 3 rooms were clean & tidy, the whole hotel was to be fair. Good size pool at the hotel where they play kids & adults games as well, inflatables are allowed which is great after holidaying in Spain I’ve found Spain don’t really allow this. Theres also a smaller child’s pool & the slide area. Yes you get the odd idiot that get up from 3am to reserve the sun beds (I only know this as we seen on arrival) but it’s not a war if your down for about 9am there is a worker that helps you find them but not only that literally 10min walk down the street and your at the the beach & 2nd pool area which also has a kids aqua area. If you don’t want to walk there’s is a free shuttle from the hotel. 2nd pool area, Again great atmosphere, playing games, music and allowing inflatables. There is a large eating area for lunch (12pm-4pm, a Pizza shack (11am-5pm) and a bar area & also a bar around the pool. Beach area again clean, offering plenty of sunbeds with parasols or there is a large shaded area, there also the pier with a bar and sunbeds and you can jump off this into the sea, showers on the beach to rinse the excess sand off. We had no problems with food at the hotel or the beach area, great choice. Also plenty of fresh fruit, salad and veg available whether it’s morning, dinner or tea. Breakfast only at the hotel offering plenty of choice different breads, cheeses, yoghurts, meats, pastries, eggs, sausages, pancakes. Dinner, was the usually pizza, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, chicken kebab, fresh grilled chicken, rice, chips, hamburgers but dinner at the beach diner they had fried chicken drumsticks which were gorgeous I had to mention them lol. Both hotel and Beach for dinner offered plenty of ice lollies & ice cream. Good selection of drinks (alcoholic & non alcoholic) & plenty of water available. Tea time was curry, beef similar to a casserole, the odd night lamb, mash, a nacho stand with salsa & outside there was a bbq area with chicken, fish & steaks. At least 1 night a week they have the Turkish man with the ice cream stand in. But every night was different dessert choices. There is also 4 restaurants Asian, Mexican, Italian & Turkish you can only go to these once but you can book 2. We decided on Asian & Mexican, there’s a desk in the lobby near the shop where you book these, the lady isn’t really nice but that’s the only hiccup we had with staff the rest were helpful & friendly. The Asian was gorgeous but unfortunately had to cancel the Mexican purely just how one of our day trips fell. Entertainment, there’s always something on & what I likes about it they basically give you 3 options, there’s something on in the hotel if that doesn’t float your boat you can cross the road to the other hotel or something down at the beach. E.g one night at the hotel was kids disco, the other hotel had a quiz night & Down at the beach it was a carnival which was so much fun the set up was great they had a large table of food with candy apples & they had a fresh bbq on the go, plenty of games for all the families to get involved & they also had a the rodeo bull and clowns making balloon shapes. I’d say the entertainment down at the beach was more full on so it all depends on what your wanting, I noticed on a Wednesday night they had a night with dj’s, fire works and laser shows but am sure that was for 16+ we never managed to try that as again the way our day trips fell. The hotel offers a shop, spa and gym area. There is a man inside the lobby that offers transfers & day trips to be honest with the day trips we shopped about and got a better price. We visited the market on Saturday we priced a lift with him he wanted £100 which for us was too expensive so we got the bus which is literally on the main road as you come out of the hotel, if you ask reception they will tell you what bus is it. The bus comes every 30 mins & cost 50 lira which is a lot cheaper then he was trying to charge us but its card payments only thank god i had my Revolut with me. The hotel is central for the shopping Which was great. Id definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are so friendly and will do anything for you. We stayed all inclusive, and the food was always hot with lots of choice, having said that my daughter ate spaghetti and nuggets everyday! But think that's a personal preference. We stayed in a superior room with a double bed, single bed and a camp bed. We had enough room as we didn't stay in the room for long - I did have to ask reception for some extra coffee/milk and paper cups who seemed to be surprised, however these were not filled daily by the cleaning staff for some reason. The daily cleaning of the room could be better, however appreciate this is probably impossible! The pool area was always spotless - only let down by some guests eating around the pool and dropping food/leaving plates lying around. One improvement that could be made would be the use of reusable cups around the pool rather than disposable - we were there 10 days and I bet we used 100 cups each while there. I think during a time where recycling is so important this would make a difference. We asked for late check out on our departure date as our flight was late, however this couldn't be accommodated as it's such a busy time, but always worth an ask. We were able to use the facilities (shower, hairdryer) in the spa to freshen up. Lovely 10 days 😍😍

Travelled as a group of 7 adults and 2 small children to Whyndam Garden Lara and on arrival were informed our rooms had been upgraded to suites in the sister hotel Ramada Lara next door, no reason given but a bonus non the same as the suites were huge with seperate living room. Plenty of good food choice at all meals but at peak times the restaurant is not big enough and guests are fighting for tables (not literally). The all incusive includes everything with no hidden charges (except spa) even kids ice cream and ice lollies are free. The only downside is the infamous sun bed reservation, which, as in most hotels, have signs saying this is not permitted, but unless you've got your towel on one before 7am then you will struggle as this rule is not enforced. The pool staff will find you a bed and squash you in somewhere but forget prime spots. Overall a nice hotel with very friendly staff and the hotel is kept spotless with loads of cleaning staff in the restaurant and around the pool. The beach and beach pools are excellent with the beach shuttles running constantly or a brisk 10 minute walk, beach entertainment for kids and adults is not to be sniffed at either and plenty of shops on the main strip for your genuine fake goods. Give it a try you wont regret it unless you don't like a crowd. lol.
