My wife and I stayed at the Adam & Eve hotel in August 2026. Our feelings about the hotel are quite mixed; on one hand, there is an incredible entertainment culture, while on the other, there are serious operational weaknesses. For those considering a stay here, I want to summarize all the details objectively, without skipping anything. First Impression: When you step into the hotel, you are indeed greeted by an "angel," just like in the promotional videos, and taken to a private room for check-in. Someone else completes your check-in process there. However, the promise of being "escorted to your room" shown in the promos unfortunately does not reflect reality. They send you a hotel map brochure via WhatsApp, and you have to figure out where everything is in this massive facility and find your way to your room yourself. It's not a crucial detail, but it's good to know that what is promised doesn't exactly match what is delivered. The hotel is "Adults Only" with an eroticism concept. It is essential that you arrive with this expectation, knowing that the dancing and people's behavior will be shaped by this concept. I definitely do not recommend this place to people who might be uncomfortable in such environments. However, since we knew this going in, the atmosphere suited our expectations perfectly, and it was quite fun for us. Pool Wars and Towel Logistics The hotel has two pools; a quiet pool on the lower floor and the main pool right next to the bar where parties are held. At the party pool, dancers perform every day between 16:00 and 17:00, and the place instantly comes alive. However, if you want to watch this entertainment from the front row, you're in for a challenge. Reserving sunbeds by leaving a towel or a water bottle early in the morning continues at full speed, despite the "reserving sunbeds is forbidden" signs posted everywhere. If you head down to the pool at 12:00 PM, finding an empty sunbed is hard and a nearby one is impossible. Speaking of pools, I should mention the hotel's "towel desk" system. There is only one spot in the hotel to get towels, and no matter where you are heading, you have to stop there first. Considering the massive size of the hotel, the fact that the pools are on two different floors, and the sea is a 100-meter walk away, they definitely should have placed extra towel stations in between. Food: The hotel never restricts you when it comes to food and drink hours; there is something to eat almost 24 hours a day. Breakfast from 07:00-10:00, late breakfast from 10:00-11:00, lunch from 13:00-14:30, dinner from 19:00-21:30, night buffet from 23:30-02:30, and night breakfast from 03:00-07:00... Moreover, between 12:00 and 16:00, options like gözleme (Turkish flatbread), pizza, döner, and hamburgers are available in the snack area. Thanks to the variety, you never go hungry, but when it comes to "taste," things change. You are told that you have arrived at a "luxury and upper-segment" hotel, but in the main restaurant, you can't shake the feeling that you are eating at an average local diner. The food is mediocre; it fills you up but gives no pleasure. When it comes to food, the most satisfying and beyond-expectation part of the hotel was definitely the snack bar section. The lady making gözleme there, who worked non-stop, was simply the star of the hotel. Main Problem: Understaffing and the Service Ordeal I have absolutely no negative comments about the hotel staff themselves. They are incredibly overworked; you can clearly see the exhaustion in their eyes and how they are trying to do too much work with too few people. However, there is a serious and unforgivable shortage of staff at the hotel. Unlike in the past or at other luxury hotels, drinks/food are not served to your sunbed by the pool; you have to get up and get it yourself from the bar. They are generous with alcohol and definitely don't skimp on ingredients, but during party times, you wait in line for 25-30 minutes just to get a drink. Finding service to your table or sunbed is not impossible but a miracle. In the snack area (between 12:00 and 15:00) and in the main restaurant during dinner, this lack of staff really hits you. You can't find staff to bring you a clean table, cutlery, or drinks. Sometimes you even give up asking for a drink, just eat your food, and leave the table. Cleanliness: Because we took care to keep our room clean, we didn't experience a massive issue. Our sheets and towels were regularly replaced with fresh ones, and the room was swept and mopped. But that was it. During our 6-night stay, the sinks, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet were not cleaned even once. We ran out of toilet paper, and because it wasn't restocked, we had to call and ask for it. The trash can next to the toilet was never emptied during our entire stay. Unrenovated Facility and Outdated Details Another major issue that damages the perception of luxury is the physical condition of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite old and obviously hasn't been renovated in a long time. This aging is evident in the details you constantly interact with. For example, the age of some of the towels you use is so obvious that they have turned yellow. A similar scene exists at the bars. For safety reasons around the pool and party areas, mica (hard plastic) cups are rightfully used instead of glass. However, because these mica cups are so old and worn out, they look very dirty and cloudy. All of this constantly reminds you of the hotel's lack of maintenance and renovation. Entertainment Concept: To give the hotel its due, it has a fantastic entertainment concept. Dancers perform poolside from 16:00-17:00, in the entertainment center from 22:00-00:00, and in the nightclub from 00:00-02:00. Dancers in various concepts walk right among the crowds. However, the demographic makeup of the environment is a bit problematic. There are too many male groups of 3-6 people. Even when you count the couples, 2 out of every 3 people in the environment are men. Among these groups, there are those who come to have fun, but there are also those who act as if they have come to a seedy nightclub. Consequently, with the effect of alcohol, incidents break out; in fact, fights occurred on 3 of the 6 nights we stayed. Additionally, a "Dress Code" was set for some events. Initially, we lamented, "If only they had told us during booking so we could pack our bags accordingly." But we later realized that no one follows these rules, and the hotel has no concern, effort, or enforcement to make people follow them. Another note regarding the nightlife: Since this hotel actually operates like a giant nightclub, you frequently see the "favoritism shown to certain people" situation that you'd find in any club. It is useful to adjust your expectations regarding this situation, which could be perceived as inequality. Conclusion Aside from delivering on the entertainment and concept, this is definitely not a "luxury and upper-segment" hotel. If you want to have fun accompanied by great shows and limitless alcohol, it's the right address; but if you expect good food, flawless cleanliness, renovated modern areas, and pampering service, you will be disappointed. I recommend adjusting your expectations according to these realities before going.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. In almost every bar, the staff openly expect tips. If you don't tip, they barely acknowledge you and the service becomes extremely poor. The hotel grounds are beautiful, but unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say. What disappointed me the most was the staff. An employee named Ferman was very friendly at first, but it soon became obvious that his attention was motivated only by his desire to have sex with me. Eventually, he stopped hiding it and began openly pressuring me. When we decided to report his behavior, he started threatening us. He said that nothing would happen to him because "this is a hotel for sex." On top of that, he insulted us by calling us prostitutes. This kind of behavior from hotel staff is absolutely unacceptable. It was humiliating and completely ruined our vacation. I deeply regret wasting my money on this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.
