Hotel Side Star Elegance

We stayed for 10 nights at Side Star Elegance hotel. We arrived late at around 11pm, were taken to our room and made our way to the late opening bar for food. We were exhausted so didn't stay long enough to get the fresh burgers etc but it was very good. Our intial room was facing the main road and very noisy with traffic making it difficult to relax and sleep. After breakfast we attended reception and explained the situation and were offered another room and told to check it out first. It was facing the pool and so much quieter. We had an exceptional stay for my husbands 60th birthday. Food was excellent, variety was good with such a massive choice we were never bored. Theme nights and different grills on the terrace helped break things up. As did booking into the Turkish, Chinese and Italian restaurants. The Chinese was a bit of a disappointment because it wasn't as good, however the other 2 were great. Lots of food served and service was fantastic. Special mention to the Italian restaurant, we celebrated the 60th there, in the morning I asked guest relations if I could order a bottle of wine for the table and pay extra. They agreed and also offered a birthday cake which was unexpected but welcome. On the night we were made very welcome, given complementary champagne which was excellent as was the wine. Food was amazing from start to finish as well as service along with the birthday cake and candles and staff singing. It made my husbands day and we are so grateful. The whole place was spotless with staff always cleaning, waiting and bar staff were lovely too, some more rushed than others. Special mention to Erol. Overall I've never seen staff work so hard, also noted supervisors and chefs around checking things over. We cannot fault anything. Room was immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard every single day. All staff were very friendly and always greeted us, they couldn't be more helpful even when language was a barrier. On our final day having a very late flight we used the shower rooms, again things couldn't have gone smoother or been made more comfortable and easy than they were. Fantastic holiday overall and I would highly recommend. Also so many pools to choose from and if one was too busy there was always quieter options. Bring all inclusive there was loads of snacks available for our daughter. No complains. Finally, nice extra touches were robes and slippers, snacks and mini bar refilled daily. Well thought out facilities at this hotel.

Hotel itself is beautiful and spotless clean. Rooms are cleaned daily with mini fridge filled each day. We had a whirlpool In room and every time we put it on dirt would come out so we told reception who sorted it out that day, again next time we used it happened again, and again and again so didn’t use it again (little bit disappointed as did use as much as would of liked to ) Restaurant - can always get a table no matter what time we went down, staff not as friendly as other hotels we have been too but they always greeted you. Bars - never any Que at any bar we went to which was great. Pools- there main pool by beach is where all entertainment is, loud music and lots of people. The smaller quiet pool was nice and chill again no problem with getting sun beds. Beach was lovely and sandy even walking into the water and plenty of beds. Food was ok - but found the evening choice was limited compared to other turkey hotels We stayed in.

Hotel fantastic, animation team amazing and kids club so good! Overall Fabulous time!!!

This is our 3rd time back at this hotel, very relaxing holiday staff are really nice and friendly can’t do enough for you food was really good entertainment st the pool was excellent,especially the pool party,rooms are lovely and beds comfy can’t fault this hotel Beach is really nice.
