Hotel Side Star Elegance

I really recommend Side Star Elegance Hotel. They have amazing and dedicated staff and organize engaging activities. I especially enjoyed classes with Victoria that I joined literally every day. She runs yoga and water gymnastics. She changes the exercises daily to keep it intresting but also adjusts it to the level of the group so everyone can keep up. If you are looking for some relaxation, gentle exercise and stretching, I do really recommmend joining her classes.

We are here now and the hotel is immaculate. The food is varied and of excellent quality. Everyone we have encountered have been very polite. We did not get the room we requested before arriving although they did try to change our room but the one given did not have any working electricity something to do with the key card slot I believe. We are at the spa today so will review later in the week. All in all up to it has been a great start to our holiday.

5th visit to this fantastic hotel, room lovely, food amazing, all staff are friendly, animation team brilliant especially Merve, they work very hard, Akatan who works in Duden and Timeout bar very hardworking. Very clean hotel.

After spending a full 2 weeks at Side Star Elegance Hotel, I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at — and I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world. This hotel is absolutely in my top 5. When we first arrived, we experienced some minor issues during the first few days of our stay. However, the way this was handled completely exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Front Office Manager Mesut Celik, who was incredibly caring, understanding, and genuinely attentive throughout. He made us feel so welcomed and valued that we actually decided to extend our trip further. Mesut is a true asset to this hotel and his professionalism and kindness made a huge difference to our experience. Before booking, it was difficult deciding where to stay in Side because Antalya has so many amazing hotels and options, but now after experiencing this hotel properly, I can confidently say Side Star Elegance stands above the rest — even after speaking with many other guests during our stay. Everything here is done to an exceptionally high standard: - 24-hour snack food available - Excellent lobby bar - 3–4 different restaurant cuisines - Huge variety of fresh and delicious food every single day - Outstanding service throughout the hotel The service especially deserves recognition. The waiters are unbelievably attentive — within seconds someone is there asking if you’d like a drink or anything else. It never felt forced, just genuinely warm and professional hospitality. The animation team was also second to none. Every single day there was something fun, energetic, and enjoyable happening around the resort, but never in a pushy or awkward way. It was relaxed, easygoing, and suitable for everyone. A huge thank you to Seof from the animation team — honestly one of the best entertainers I’ve come across in any resort. Extremely friendly, humble, fun, and down to earth. He carried himself with such professionalism that I genuinely thought he was senior management at first! He made everyone feel included naturally and effortlessly. Both Seof and Mesut are fantastic representatives of this hotel and should be highly valued. Also thank you to Arafah from the main restaurant for always being so welcoming, kind, and hospitable throughout our stay. Small touches like this really make the experience unforgettable. I also want to give special recognition to the cleaner working on the minus 3 floor during our stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves credit. Without fail, every day she kept everything spotless and immaculate with such professionalism and care. Her hard work never went unnoticed and genuinely contributed to how comfortable and enjoyable our stay was. Thank you again to the entire Side Star Elegance team for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be returning.
