Hotel Side Star Resort

We stayed in mid August, 2 adults and 14 year old. The hotel is amazing, we have stayed in many all inclusive hotels in Turkey and this is one of the best. The rooms are large, modern and very well equipped. Air conditioning is brilliant. The pool area is fantastic, huge main pool with plenty of sunbeds for everybody even in mid August. Great water slides for smaller children, large pool bar area with plenty of seating. The games room and gym are also large and very well equipped. Beautiful walk down to the perfect beach area with great bar and facilities also. The golf cart/buggy service up and downhill to the beach is a great idea. The grounds of the hotel are vast and immaculate. The food at the hotel is fantastic, such a huge variety at all times and always well prepared and presented. The staff at this hotel are what make it amazing, they work so so hard always give you a smile and keep the entire complex spotless at all times. Entertainment looked pretty good but cant really comment as we only watched one evening. There's just 1 small issue that stops this hotel becoming incredible for me and thats the huge lack of bar staff and drinks servers. I've noticed this in many other reviews in the past. The drinks are fantastic and plenty of variety but you have to wait so long to get one, during the day at the pool bar a constant large queue with people waiting and at night it is a serious issue, most nights you could see approximately 200-300 people sitting in the pool bar area and just 3 staff members serving drinks, it's not the fault of the staff because they are fantastic and work so hard there are just not enough of them. Surely the management can realise that at peak summer times when the hotel is full more staff are needed to cater for the guests. You pay for all inclusive but can't benefit fully sometimes waiting over half an hour for a drink. Like I say it's not the staffs fault but a problem that could be easily fixed. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return.

Hotel is very good. Very profesional servis, good pepole. Animacion ekstra show. Ismail and Ceren the best job. This holidey is my nuber one.

Hotel is very modern and clean Animation team are fab. There are lots of organised pool games and evening shows. This is our 3rd year. Atakan and ishmael are the best out the team. The connection they have with guests is second to none. I would love to see them both next year! Please keep hold of them!!!! They deserve everything. Side star is great and my kids always feel safe.

catalan from animation was the best rep I have had on any holiday full of fun energy and so friendly that I would come back to this hotel as he made our holiday so special The Michael Jackson show and all the other shows were great fun I did not want to leave the hotel Staff all lovely even the cleaning staff had an amazing holiday xx and foot was okey and alacarte restaurant was lovely

We stayed at Side Star Resort for 10 days for the 2nd time now and it never disappoints. Service from all bar and restaurant staff is amazing as well as food and drinks being on point every time. Animation team are super, with chief animators being very presented and the rest of the team being very friendly and extremely lovely especially Ceren. She is a gorgeous and kind lady that always comes and chats to you. There is different shows every evening as well as all types of sport activity in the day with pool games being a favourite! Rooms are great always, being cleaned to top standard with drinks fridge always being filled and towels being replaced.
