Hotel Side Star Resort

We’ve just got back from a week here. And we didn’t want to leave! We’ve done a lot of 5 star all inclusive and this was the best one we’ve ever stayed in! The hotel is beautiful. The staff work tirelessly to keep it clean. The gardens too. The staff are the best we’ve had! All so lovely and helpful. The rooms are great too, having a mini bar re stocked daily. We didn’t have a bad meal! The food is fab, we liked the pool food for lunch and it had a great selection. The à la cartes were ok, very good staff and nice for a change from buffet but we preferred the main restaurant food. It’s such a fun hotel. They had an amazing pool party, beach party, white party when we were there. It was fantastic! It’s great fun but also not all day so you do get quieter times, plus so many places to sit if you want to be away from that kind of atmosphere, but we loved it! We also went in the disco a couple of times. The animation team work tirelessly too. The weathers been amazing even though forecast was bad. Also a trip to side is a must! I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely we back! We were theee family’s with teens and we all had a fabulous fun holiday and it has a great atmosphere

the entertainment team was very good and made the holiday better. hotel is very good and clean. Night time was very good and there was always something on.

Our second visit to Side Star Resort was a great success. We would like to thank the resort's customer service team for all the arrangements that made it possible to have a great holiday. The room was great and the cleaning team took care of everything. The lovely ladies kept the room in impeccable condition. The resort's dining options meet the wishes of even the most demanding customer. Healthy and tasty food was enjoyed daily and the service staff worked efficiently. The swimming pool is large and you can swim in it perfectly even though the water temperature is cool. After a few minutes, the feeling was enjoyable and the slight coolness was no longer a problem. We were positively surprised when we received regular customer membership and we can promise that we will be returning customers. The resort's barber services were already familiar from last year and our hair was done again. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I can recommend the resort to everyone. The German language is good and many also speak English.

Having stayed at this resort for the 3rd time in 3 years. Sadly this will be our last stay at this hotel. The bar staff are first class and the hotel is spotlessly clean, however there is a significant amount of Russians this year at the hotel and this has had a significant impact on the atmosphere. The animation team are the poorest that the hotel has had in the 3 years we have been coming to the hotel. However one member of the animation team stood out and was exceptional his name was Ishmeal and he really made such a lovely effort with us and is a real asset to the hotel. The entertainment in the evening is very poor and that is being kind! The food especially over a 2 week holiday is bland and repetitive. Drinks are good especially with the selection in international branded spirits, however some the cocktails were very syrupy. As the evening entertainment is so poor, there is only some many nights where you want to go to the bazaar, as you are constantly hassled. The hotel is great for a short value for money break, however as we now have been to Side for some 9 years, there are far better hotels for a longer stay. We do plan to come back to Side next year but will look for a better hotel especially with regards to the quality of the food and evening entertainment
