Hotel Terrace Elite Resort

This was our first time in this hotel (but not the first time in Turkey) and we were genuinely impressed by it. We can wholeheartedly recommend it for all types of travel - couples, families, older age travellers. FOOD - 5/5. Honestly the best part about this hotel. Lots of variety, always fresh, every day they grill meat and vegetables. There's food for everyone - Turkish, Italian, British. The snack bar by the pool has a lot of salads, snacks, burgers, pizzas. DRINKS - 4/5. Drinks are strong, with brand alcohol and real Coca-Cola. There's a variety of cocktails, and multiple places to get them. However, the quality depends on the bartender - for example, Harun was amazing, he's professional and talented (thank you!), but Fatih seemed to hate his job. ROOMS - 5/5. Spacious, very very clean, good amenities and design. We got the room with the mountain view, and it was really nice. ANIMATION - 5/5. The animation team is very talented, creating their own evening shows, dances, and etc. They speak English, some know German and Russian as well. Big thanks to Junior, Murat, Pika, Mimi - you guys are amazing! Ačiū! BEACH - 4/5. The beach is 10 minutes away by foot, but it's much better to just take the beach shuttle. It comes every 10 minutes, and it's a quick 3 minute drive to the beach. The beach itself is private, with plenty of space and sunshades. The beach also has a bar (no cocktails, but they can pour beer, soft drinks, and hard liquor + mixer). A separate cocktail bar there (VitaminBar) is paid and very expensive. Additionally, the beach has a snack bar - salads, meat, pasta, enough for everyone. The only minus - animation is minimal, only boccia and volleyball, but there's always music. The beach itself is sandy with small rocks - no water shoes needed. POOL - 5/5. Big, beautiful, plenty of lounge chairs. Has water slides for children. The around the pool territory is not huge, but it's very clean and beautifully maintained. GUESTS - ranked by popularity - Dutch, German, Polish, English, Turkish, Russian, other. We were here in the second half of May and there was a Dutch artists tour - half of the evening shows are live Dutch schlager songs - they're fun, but you have to be Dutch to really enjoy them. STAFF - Very prefessional and helpful with high quality of service. OVERALL - highly recommend this hotel. It's relaxed, clean, with tasty food and a great atmosphere!

On arrival we were given a disabled room, because I asked for a ground floor room because I have knee problems. I had a shower and there was no nonslip flooring, and I nearly slipped! HEALTH AND SAFETY issue!!! I pointed it out to reception and the lovely guy working that day managed to move us!! The shower in the new room had nonslip tiles, which was much safer! I’m surprised the hotel can get away with slippery tiles in a disabled room. So if you’re disabled take a nonslip mat with you! Apart from that the hotel was lovely! Areas kept clean staff are all polite. I wouldn’t say it was a 5 star as I’ve had better 4 stars!

I’m currently one week into my two-week stay at Terrace Elite Resort, and I can already say this is one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the resort has completely exceeded all expectations.The location is absolutely spectacular and the views from my private terrace are breathtaking, especially during golden hour. My room is spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.But what has made this stay truly special is the exceptional level of hospitality from the team here. They don’t just serve you ,they genuinely care and remember the little things that make all the difference. Adil at the front desk has been outstanding since check-in. His warm smile and proactive service made settling in effortless, and he continues to go out of his way to ensure everything runs smoothly, alongside Adil …Ismail became a highlight of our holiday through his excellent customer service and friendly personality which turned every interaction into a memorable experience. And the guest relations Sofia has been fantastic to which she has anticipated needs I hadn’t even mentioned yet and handled every request with professionalism and efficiency. The Entertainment team also deserves huge praise! They’ve kept the energy high without ever being intrusive. From lively poolside activities to engaging shows, they’ve struck the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. My days feel vibrant and my evenings memorable thanks to their creativity and enthusiasm. One week down and I’m already sad that I only have one more to go. The food, the pristine beach and pools, the relaxing atmosphere everything feels perfectly balanced between luxury and comfort.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days. Hotel- the hotel is gorgeous. Staff are lovely and so attentive. Loads of places to sit through the day or evening. The pool is huge and rarely busy. Can find a lounger easily 95% of the time. Kids pool is separate to the main pool so it’s fairly quiet near the main pool. Entertainment- entertainment team were lovely, very chatty and remember people easily. They always try to get everyone involved in the day games such as dance competitions, water netball, darts etc. personally just wanted to relax so didn’t get involved in these. There’s evening shows on every evening which are great for kids or family’s. Mainly dancing. Could use quizzes or those kids of things tho for variety. Food and drinks- alcoholic drinks are very strong so be warned!!! But the selection was great, soft drinks, juices and coffee at any bar. Lobby bar is also 24h which is rare at an all inclusive. Pool bar has a good iced coffee which can be rare on holiday. The food is where it dropped for us slightly. As an English couple we can be slightly picky, spoke to a few English family’s/couples who said the same about the food. Was not tailored great to different tastes. A lot of grilled/stuffed vegetables. Or stews with vegetables in. Not the hotels fault as such just want to make people aware as me and my partner did struggle a bit. Often went out for dinner which isn’t ideal when on an all-inclusive. Breakfast didn’t have turkey bacon or beans like I’d hoped. Did find ourselves eating chicken nuggets and chips most days. Had themed nights but it all tasted pretty much the same. Over all- we had a great time. Beach was lovely and easy get to. Found other guests to keep to themselves which is not a problem. Majority of guests were German, polish or Norwegian. Did not find many English people at all. I definitely recommend this hotel just be weary if you or anyone you are travelling with is particular with foods as it was slightly a let down.

I have just returned after staying at this hotel as a large family group. The hotel itself is amazing, rooms are a great size for our needs and the food is good, with a varied selection. The location is ideal as in a quiet area with lots of shops within a short walk….just what we needed! As a large family we felt the only let down would be some of the staff. Having been here several times over the last four years we found the staff less friendly this year for some reason. This is the start of the season and some of them already appear fed up! Having read the hotel response to a recent incident proved to show that perhaps guests are not the heart of the hotels ethos as much as they used to be, which is a shame, but this is how we all felt during our stay.
