This hotel is average at best. Our room was clean and comfortable, but I was unimpressed with some of the public areas. I picked up and binned multiple cigarette butts around the slides pool and broken glass near the bar. There are multiple broken tiles around the pool areas. A used cotton bud sat on a main stairwell for at least 2 days. The food is poor. Who goes on holiday to eat stew every day?! Yes there was a lot of choice, but it all mainly tasted of nothing. My kid is a real foodie and lived on onion rings most of the week because it was so poor. The service was also odd. I watched tables around us at every meal receiving waiter service, but not once did we get asked if we would like to order. I was alone with my son and staff passed us by for large tables - probably in the hope of better tips. But if we don't get good service - or any service! - I won't tip, so it's a catch 22. We also seemed to be the only English speaking guests, which may have had something to do with it. I think the entertainment staff are the saving grace for this resort. They were good and engaged with us. I needed sunshine and swimming and it delivered those things. But otherwise, it was disappointing and we certainly wouldn't go back.

I liked the hotel. The food was very good, the staff was friendly, and the shuttle to the beach ran regularly. Special thanks to managers Sofia and Adil for quickly resolving all issues!

the hotel is amazing , its first time i come to terrace elite . my daughter was be there in august with children ( kids club program great thanks for mayara the kids they love her so much ) the best animation in terrace elite , they have a good morning and evening programs the shows very well .... a big thanks for the chef max and his team ( pika , dido , kikou , maike ... ) the rooms beautifull and clean . they have a good food thanks for kitchen chef ... for sur i will come back next year in october its not very hot ... i wanna saye just thank you so much for a great moment 🙏
