04/10/2026 i come with boyfriend and its our second time we come to terrace elite resort its beautiful place all the saffron are lovely from the cook to animation. Our pika is the best❤️ the cooks are all welcoming the cleaners are exceptional everyone makes you feel very welcome

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve had an amazing holiday at Terrace Elite Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and the whole atmosphere was fantastic. A massive special mention to the animation team, who worked so hard every day to keep everyone entertained and make sure everyone was having a great time. ❤️ And of course, JUST JOE deserves a huge shout-out! 🙌 What an absolute star! His energy, personality, humour and the way he gets everyone involved made our holiday even more special. He really goes above and beyond and is a credit to the animation team. We’ve made some brilliant memories thanks to him! 🥰 The staff, entertainment and atmosphere were all fantastic, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Terrace Elite Resort, you’ve been amazing! We will definitely be back! 🇹🇷☀️❤️ 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t often leave reviews, but this place certainly deserves one. This was my first visit to Turkey, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. However, our entire experience at the resort was outstanding from beginning to end, and I genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, at around 3am. Someone came straight out of the hotel and brought our suitcases in from the coach for us. We were warmly greeted, quickly checked in, and the gentleman on reception even took us upstairs and showed us to our room. On the way up, I jokingly said that I fancied a drink and some dinner. He told us to come back down once we had settled in because the lobby bar is open 24 hours and there’s even a nighttime buffet restaurant open until 7am! What a welcome! Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, with a stocked minibar and toiletries provided. The shower had great pressure and there was always plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked brilliantly too. In fact, all the indoor areas of the hotel are air conditioned, so whenever it gets too hot outside, you can come back inside and cool down. Some days, the housekeepers would dress the towels on our bed into swans, and rose petals! Stunning. There are places to eat all over the resort. We tried all of them during our week and the food was fabulous. There are even two restaurants outside! The food is constantly replenished, beautifully presented and there is an enormous choice. I honestly don’t think there is much they don’t serve. The staff are constantly cleaning, clearing tables and making sure everyone has a drink. We really enjoyed spending our evenings in the lobby bar, which has comfortable seating both inside and outside. We got to know a few of the bar staff during our stay and they were polite, brilliant and very entertaining. There are also several bars outside around the pool and entertainment areas. The gardens and pool areas are gorgeous and extremely well maintained. There are plenty of loungers and seating areas, both in the sunshine and in the shade. We had great fun on the water slides, which include slides for both adults and children, and there are lifeguards around the pool areas too. There is entertainment every night and we were really impressed with it. Many of the shows include pyrotechnics, the performers are extremely talented and they make a real effort to get everyone involved. One thing we particularly liked was how they referred to guests of all nationalities as “one family” while staying at the resort. It created such a lovely atmosphere. The resort’s private beach was AMAZING! The hotel has its own shuttle bus running approximately every 10 minutes, or it’s around a 15 minute walk. At the beach there is a lovely covered restaurant overlooking the sea, a bar, plenty of loungers and dedicated shaded areas. There are also toilets and showers. The sea was beautifully warm and we went in several times. The beach itself was clean and very well maintained. It was also reassuring to see the hotel’s lifeguards keeping watch over everyone in the sea, with the safe swimming areas clearly marked by buoys. Downstairs, below the lobby, there are few shops selling gifts and essentials, as well as a games arcade and photography shop. There is also a little patisserie, which is included if you’re staying all inclusive. There’s a spa on site too. We didn’t use it ourselves, but it looked lovely when we went in to collect our beach towels. There is honestly so much more I could say about this place, but this review would become far too long! I do, however, want to give a special thank you to Sofia from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She spoke to us every day, remembered our names, asked how our stay was going and kept us informed about what was happening around the resort and the different dining themes. She always made a point of asking if we needed anything and told us to let her know if we did. That personal touch really stood out to us. All of the staff are superb. You can see how hard they work, and several told us they have returned to work at the resort for more than one season, which I think says a lot. One final thing: if you’re happy with the service like us, please tip the staff! We saw people giving them euro coins, but unfortunately they can’t exchange foreign coins at the currency exchange, so euro notes or Turkish lira are much more useful to them. We will be back next season without a doubt! Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our first trip to Turkey such a fantastic one and one of the best!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 12-night stay — absolutely loved it! We stayed here for 12 nights from the end of August and genuinely had such a lovely holiday. We travelled as a couple without children, but after staying here, I can absolutely see why this hotel would be a fantastic choice for families as well. It really does cater to a wide range of people, from couples and families to adults and older travellers. 🛏️ Room The room was really spacious and cleaned daily, with plenty of room for everything we brought with us. I particularly liked the cleaning system — there is a button you can use to request your room to be cleaned, as well as a Do Not Disturb button. This was especially useful if you wanted to have a lie-in, stay in the room for the day, or simply pop back for a shower without being disturbed. The bed was slightly firmer than I personally prefer, but it wasn’t a major issue at all. You are provided with duvets and extra pillows, so you can easily make yourself more comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic — very spacious with a huge waterfall shower and excellent water pressure. As someone with very thick hair, I really appreciate good shower pressure, and this definitely delivered! The hotel also has accessible rooms, and we saw accessibility facilities in the bathroom, including a handrail and a shower chair. One small thing I noticed was that the chair in our bathroom didn’t appear to be completely secure against the wall, so that may be worth checking for anyone who specifically requires it. Our balcony didn’t have a pool view and didn’t get a huge amount of sunshine as it was positioned within a more enclosed area with other balconies opposite. However, we actually really liked this as it gave us much more privacy. The balconies also have adjustable metal rails for hanging swimwear and clothes, which was a really useful touch. The air conditioning was also excellent — cold, powerful and more than enough for the size of the room. 🍽️ Food & drinks I honestly can’t rate the all-inclusive food and drinks highly enough. There was so much choice, the food was fresh and there was always something different to try. I also discovered a new love for Tulum cheese! 😂 There are fresh cooking stations, including pasta, outdoor food events and a diet section, as well as plenty of themed evenings. We stayed for 12 nights and, from what I remember, didn’t have any repeating themed dinners during our stay, which was brilliant. The snacks were also amazing. You could get things such as kebabs, pizza and salad at the pool snack bar, and there were plenty of options to eat either around the pool or at the restaurant’s outdoor area. The kebabs are the best me and my partner have ever had…and we’ve tried plenty! 😂 Drinks were just as good, with cocktails, iced coffee and plenty of other options available. For us, the all-inclusive was spot on and we genuinely didn’t feel the need to eat out during our stay. 🏖️ Pool, sunbeds & beach The hotel has a main pool, children’s pool and a separate slide pool. The pools were all very clean and there were plenty of areas to relax. One thing worth mentioning is that sunbeds can be taken quite quickly, particularly earlier in the day. However, as there were only two of us, we were always able to find sunbeds at some point during the day. I can appreciate that this may be more difficult for larger families or groups wanting several beds together, so it’s something to bear in mind. There were a few cracked tiles around the pool which could probably do with being looked at, although they were visible and easy enough to avoid. This was only a very minor issue and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the pool. We only visited the beach for one day, but it was lovely and very clean, with plenty of sunbeds and canopies. There is also a beach snack/lunch bar where you can continue using your all-inclusive food and drinks. The beach is mainly sand, with some stone/shingle as you enter the sea. Getting to the beach was also really easy. There is a free hotel shuttle which runs approximately every 10 minutes, so you don’t have to worry about walking there in the heat. There are also private huts available to hire at both the hotel and beach. 🎤 Entertainment & activities The entertainment was another big positive. There was something happening every evening, and the animation team worked incredibly hard. There are activities throughout the day for adults to get involved with, while the children have their own activities and kids’ club. Every evening at around 8:30pm there was a mini disco for the children, with awards given out afterwards, before the entertainment moved on to the main evening show. Although we travelled without children, it was really nice to see how much effort was put into making sure the younger guests were entertained. I can definitely see this being a very appealing hotel for families. 👏 Staff The staff were fantastic throughout our stay — friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. A special mention has to go to Mazlum, who was brilliant throughout our stay. He was friendly, remembered our usual orders and was always happy to have a conversation with us. Those little personal touches really do make a difference when you’re staying somewhere for 12 nights. We had a few other servers who were also fantastic and made us feel really looked after. The whole hotel also felt very clean. We didn’t have any issues with cleanliness anywhere during our stay. 📍 Location The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, which we really liked. The picture included in my review is out the front of the hotel which has a beautiful view of the mountains, which a photo does not do it justice! There are shops nearby, around a 10 minute walk, although there aren’t as many bars and restaurants immediately around the hotel compared with some other resorts. For us, this wasn’t an issue at all because the all-inclusive was so good that we didn’t feel the need to eat out. There are still some options nearby if you do want to venture out, and we visited the Titanic Bar for drinks near the markets and shops. ❤️ Overall We highly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. There are a couple of very minor things that could be improved, such as some of the pool tiles and the bathroom chair mentioned above, but these were genuinely small points and didn’t detract from our holiday. For us, this hotel offered a great combination of excellent food, fantastic all-inclusive facilities, clean and spacious rooms, great entertainment, friendly staff and plenty to do. We travelled as a couple without children, but I would recommend this hotel to couples, families, adults and older travellers alike. It really does cater for a wide range of guests. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic 12-night stay and a hotel we would happily recommend!

Firstly I never post reviews but feel the need to on this occasion unfortunately. Having stayed at liberty lykia last year in belik and our first time in turkey we were blown away by the location, hotel, service and relaxing ambience on the beachfront. We chose turkey again this year at the terrace elite based on the positive reviews. Day one here and I can honestly say that this does not come near to our experience at liberty. Everyone has different tastes but I would say this hotel is 3/4 stars and would compare to uk butlins. This score is judged against all the 5* hotels that we have stayed at when booking with TUI. As soon as we walked into our room at 0100 hrs, we immediately observed the poor conditions that do not rate a 5*. Cracked mirrors on the wall, grout between tiles in the bathroom was black in most places when the original colour is light grey. Visible stains on the paint work by our bed. All these things visible without close inspection. Parts of the hotel were lovely and visibly welcoming, like the lobby. I would not wanted to have stayed here at peak season, as I feel that there was no way I would have gotten two sun loungers without camping out from 0500. Not relaxing at all. In all a great deal of disappointment for what was for us anticipated to be a relaxing holiday at the end of a busy few months in work. The outside space is limited and loungers are difficult to find. The music is loud and overpowering and there is no area for relaxation. Our room is run down, broken mirrors, stained tiling and a random toothpick under a pillow with a coarse blanket only as a cover. I don’t smoke but everyone does here which is not pleasant trying to have a meal outdoors. I appreciate that there will be some wear and tear around the hotel, but the amount of smashed patio tiles for a 5* hotel, around the pool is not in keeping with a 5* establishment.
