Hotel Terrace Elite Resort

I came to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our friends. We found the hotel very good in all aspects. The younger workers are excellent and will go out of their way to help. Sofia in Guest Relations was superb and helped me arrange my wife’s party night.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and provides excellent service. The working environment is positive, and I have had a very good experience here. I highly recommend this hotel and would rate it 5 out of 5 stars

This is a fantastic hotel and extremely clean. The staff are very friendly however most speak English but few that don’t do had to use google translate. We had an issue with our room and were moved to another room the next day. The food is ok but more accommodating for other countries but loads to choose from but only food for English people is chips, chicken nuggets, pasta and pizza. The drink selection is amazing especially the cocktails and tried them all over again most nights and the lager Efes is really nice. The pool bar have to say is the best with pizzas, kebabs and waffles and the ice cream is also really good. the animation team are amazing and Mimi made us feel so welcome from day one and the rest of the team are lovely and always ask how you are. Really good entertainment for adults and kids. There are a few negatives and positives for this hotel as they are for most. It is very secluded but shops are 10 minute walk and the beach is 5 minutes in the mini bus. Market outside and shops inside the hotel are really good but unable to haggle for prices so better going to the markets. We follow a shop on FB so was collected by car and had a few hours shopping which was good and restaurants offer this service too as food is repetitive. We had a late check out and you can shower in the spa but this is a communal area and not very private when showering and getting changed but other than that we had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay.
