Hotel Terrace Elite Resort

This was our third visit to Antalya, and without a doubt, the best hotel experience we've had so far! What stood out most was the incredible staff. Describing them as kind and polite doesn't do them justice. From the housekeeping team to the waiters, chefs, and bartenders, everyone was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards were also exceptional. A special mention goes to the animation team, who truly made our holiday unforgettable. Every day was filled with fun activities, including pool dancing, darts, water polo, football, and a variety of exciting competitions. They organized fantastic events such as Survivor-style games, inflatable water park challenges, bingo, singing contests, and comedy shows, ensuring there was always something entertaining for guests of all ages. Families with children will especially appreciate the animation team. Their interaction with the kids was outstanding—they were energetic, caring, and created a fun, inclusive atmosphere that every child seemed to love. The way they engaged with each child was truly impressive. We had an amazing stay and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya!

I was here with my husband and my 4th year child. This was, by far, the best holiday in a Turkish hotel. Everything was simply-perfect. Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. Animation team is the best one that we had pleasure of meeting. My child really likes Dora. She is the main attraction for the kid’s parties. Definitely we will come back next year. Thank you for everything. Love you!

Absoloutely fantastic hotel. So much better than we expected, food was unreal. Staff lovely. Spacious, clean family room. Kids loved the slides and pool, literally something for everyone. 5 minutes walk to the market and stalls. Entertainment and things to do all through the day but don't have to if you don't want to. Snack bar at lunch was a highlight with fresh pizza, kebabs and burgers. Will definately come again.

Excellent atmosphere at this hotel, the staff are all excellent especially the entertainment team Max and his dedicated hard working team (Murat, Pika, Mimi, Dido, Sarah, mayara, Rio, Junior, Mike) We stayed here for a month and they made us feel so welcome. Food was very good and bar staff excellent too.
