Overall, we had a really good stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with fresh towels, toilet paper, and a stocked fridge provided every day, which was a nice touch. The pool area was lovely and well kept, and both the beach snack bar and hotel snack bar were good, although quite a few items on the menu were unavailable during our stay due to being out of stock. The food in general was good, but breakfast was definitely the weakest part for us as the selection was quite limited compared to the rest of the meals. Another downside was the all-inclusive bar, which didn’t offer much choice when it came to spirits. The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning. We were told it was not switched on because it supposedly ‘wasn’t hot enough’, despite temperatures being around 30–35 degrees every day, which made the rooms very uncomfortable at times. The entertainment was also very poor. During our 5-day stay, we only saw one act down by the beach, so there wasn’t much going on in the evenings. Our balcony was also quite small and unfortunately the glass was covered in bird mess most of the time, which spoiled the view a bit. One thing that also affected the experience was the behaviour of some other guests, particularly large groups of Germans who were incredibly rude and obnoxious around the hotel. That said, the hotel itself was clean, the facilities were good, the staff were friendly enough and we still enjoyed our holiday overall.
Everything is well also hotel amazing turkish food wonderfull. We loved the turkish night last week. This is our first time to the turkey Antalya. We thinking coming again. Also thanks every staff
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the quality of service provided throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and I would happily return in the future.
A perfect stay to take our 2 kids on their first holiday ☀️ A personal thank you to Martin for his hospitality and entertainment with the Kids
We arrived at the J’adore late at night and reception staff and bellboy were full of humour, really helpful and checkin was quick and smooth. We headed straight to the midnight buffet where a lovely selection awaited us. The rooms are clean and spacious and generally quite modern, beds are comfy and changed as often as you wish. I was single occupancy in a double room which had a massive double and single bed. Room has a safe and fridge which is restocked everyday with soft drinks. Water and tea and coffee also refilled everyday. The balcony has a hanging space for your washing with 3 pull out bars and 2 chairs and table. There are no irons of steamers in the room but laundry service is available. The staff are all great. Guest relations, Ersin, is phenomenal at what he does and couldn’t be more helpful. Honestly made our holiday. Give this man a promotion! He truely deserves it. Our housekeeper was lovely and the kindest soul, we had a lovely chat every day even though we didn’t understand each other. I stayed in room 1331 which overlooked a baron area of grass but had slight sea views and kept the sun all day. Hotel entertainment is at the beach club which is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and back along a well lit path. During the day you can get to it there and back by little shuttle cart. There are extras to pay for at the hotel and they prefer euro but will accept TL. The extras are mainly round the pool and from the vitamin bar and also at the Beach Club. The hotel predominantly had Turkish and foreign visitors and over 1000 guests. The entertainment really stepped up into our second week. The food selection differed from day to day and there was something for everyone each day. Honestly had the best stay and will go back if I ever head back to Side. A lot of reviews say the animation team and great but we don’t have much interaction with them. The only point I will make that even if your door says do not disturb, you will be disturbed. Twice when I was in the bathroom… 🤣 Thanks Ersin and front staff for making our stay so much better. Emma, Julie and Oliver from Jersey
