J'Adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa

Unfortunately, J’adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa has seriously disappointed us. The hotel does not live up to the five-star standard it claims to offer, and the quality of our holiday has deteriorated significantly during our stay. Entertainment has completely disappeared. The first events were excellent, including Latino Party, Beer Festival and the Michael Jackson show on October 14. However, after the animation team reportedly left the hotel, we have had four consecutive days without proper entertainment: no daytime activities, no beach volleyball, no evening shows and not even a mini-disco for children. Simply playing music is not an acceptable replacement. Service is poor and unresponsive. When we arrived, there were no blankets in our room. We waited for hours and called reception four times without getting any help. Eventually, we had to resolve the issue ourselves, and when the blankets arrived, we had to put them into their covers ourselves. Cleanliness and maintenance are unacceptable. Plates and cutlery in the restaurant are often dirty, with food residue still visible. Dust in our room was left untouched for a week until we complained to Guest Relations. There is mould in the bathroom, leaking plumbing and worn-out furniture. Services are being reduced. The fish à la carte restaurant is closed, gözleme preparation at the beach café has stopped, and the beach shuttle appears to run less frequently. Bars are understaffed, resulting in queues and long waits. The food itself is simple but tasty, and the initial shows were genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, these positives cannot compensate for the overall decline in service and the disappearance of entertainment. The most frustrating part is that this is happening while guests are still paying the full price for their holidays. It feels as though the hotel has already ended its season, even though it continues to accommodate paying guests. Bad weather may prevent outdoor performances, but it does not justify having no alternative entertainment programme for several days. We came here expecting a five-star holiday, not dirty tableware, inadequate housekeeping, poorly maintained rooms and virtually no entertainment. Guests should not have to chase staff to receive basic services or watch essential parts of their holiday disappear after arrival. We strongly urge the hotel management to address these issues. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend J’adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa to anyone expecting a genuine five-star experience.

Hello, in hotel no animation show about one week. 2 days even no activity. We will be here more 5 days(( So boring. All hotels near has animation, Jadore no! Why?? Hotel just for sleep. Food is ok. Beach nice.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Our third visit and a huge disappointment – NEVER AGAIN! We have stayed at this hotel three times because we had good experiences in the past and were happy to return. That is exactly why our latest stay was such a shock. I don’t know whether the management has changed, the staff has changed, or both, but the standard of this hotel has seriously declined. Our entire stay was a complete disaster from beginning to end. After this experience, we will never return, and we certainly cannot recommend this hotel. Let’s start with the room, which was the first example of how badly things are being handled. We had PAID for a room with a side sea view, but when we arrived at night, we were given a standard room instead. I specifically asked the receptionist whether it was a room with a side sea view, and he openly admitted that it was not. However, he told us to get some sleep and come back in the morning, promising that our room would be changed. The following morning, a different member of staff was on duty, and suddenly everything changed. Instead of keeping the promise made the night before, we were met with arguments, arrogance and an extremely unpleasant attitude. We were told, in effect, that they had no time for us. Excuse me, but when you pay for something, you have every right to receive what you paid for. You should not have to argue with hotel staff or beg them to provide the room included in your booking. Our room was changed THREE TIMES! That alone says a lot about the organisation and customer service at this hotel. And the condition of the room? There was mould in the bathroom, the fridge was leaking, and there was lipstick on the water bottle! It makes you wonder whether the rooms are properly cleaned and inspected before new guests arrive. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel charging the prices it does. Basic cleanliness and properly prepared rooms should be the bare minimum, not a luxury. The food was another huge disappointment. In our experience, both the quality and the selection were extremely poor. And the so-called late-night meal, which is supposed to be available until the morning? An absolute joke! There was stale, dried-out bread and a lime, without even something as basic as butter. When I tried to warm up the bread, a member of staff aggressively unplugged the toaster and told me, “Finish!” No polite explanation, no courtesy and absolutely no respect. We heard the word “finish” constantly throughout our stay – at mealtimes, on the beach and practically everywhere. It felt as though we were being rushed away and that the staff simply wanted to get rid of us. Is this really what a holiday is supposed to be like when you pay a considerable amount of money for it? Are guests supposed to be grateful just to receive anything at all? The service and the attitude of the staff were absolutely appalling. We were ignored, and on the beach, the staff even refused to serve us. We had never experienced this kind of unwillingness and lack of interest during our previous visits. It felt as though basic manners and professionalism had completely disappeared. Guests should feel welcome and looked after, not as though they are an inconvenience simply for asking for the service they have paid for. And the way our stay ended perfectly summed up the entire experience. When we were leaving, we met a receptionist near the lift and handed over our room key card. His only response was “Allez”, essentially telling us to go. No thank you for staying with us, no goodbye, no courtesy and no acknowledgement of the problems we had experienced. After staying at this hotel three times, we could not even expect a basic, polite farewell? The most disappointing part is that this was our THIRD visit. We trusted this hotel and expected the standard we had experienced before. Instead, we received a room that did not match our paid booking, unacceptable cleanliness, terrible food and some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. For the prices this hotel charges, we expected a completely different standard. Nice photos and expensive holiday packages mean nothing if the reality and the treatment of guests are like this. The hotel management seriously needs to look at what is happening, because this kind of attitude will drive away loyal guests who previously chose to return. For us, this was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. This was our final visit. NEVER AGAIN! Next time, we will gladly spend our money elsewhere, at a hotel where guests are treated with respect rather than as an inconvenience. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel!

Good and strong animation team, great evening shows, good dance lessons. And special thanks to Harry who has he's own show where he performs Michael Jackson, also very good dancer. And doing daily activity with darts, very entertaining and fun.

We came back here for the second time, it's an amazing hotel, and the entertainment made our experience a lot better! We loved playing darts with Harry, it was allways so fun, he does a great job! The shows where amazing, mainly the Michael Jackson show was so so good! Loved it! We deffently would come back next year!
