J'Adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa

We are spend 11 days .From arrival to departure we had a wonderful time Hotel is absolutely amazing, food delicious and staff very friendly and helpful,hotel very clean .Entertainment good . Location of hotel is also good local busses evry 10 min. We are had the best holiday so far 😍 Thank you jadore hotel.

The rooms are spacious clear the water slides are great fun and faster than they look all staff and great and helpful and can help with any thing you need the food is good and has a good variety. I have had all our needs taken care of and I have been looked after by all staff especially mehmet from Guest relations

We stayed at the J’adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa for a week in April 2026. While we initially enjoyed the hotel, the experience quickly declined as the week progressed. The positives: The hotel itself is genuinely impressive. The reception and lobby are grand and luxurious, with comfortable seating and a lovely patisserie station full of cakes. Our room was spacious with a sea view and featured a double bed plus a single. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Facilities are excellent: a large pool with slides, a private beach, multiple dining options (including à la carte restaurants, snack bars, and a main buffet), and a lobby bar open 24/7 with midnight snacks available. WiFi is free and works well throughout the hotel, pool, and beach for browsing (though streaming is unreliable). Sunbeds are plentiful with no “sunbed wars,” even when the hotel was at full capacity. Drinks are decent - local beers (5% Efes) flow freely, spirits are generous, and there are some nice cocktails. Note that the premium frozen cocktails carried by waiters cost €4 extra and are not included in all-inclusive. The negatives: The food is the biggest disappointment. Despite the variety and quantity, most of it was mediocre at best. Breakfast was particularly poor. The beach snack bar was the highlight, offering excellent fresh pizzas and hot fries - we often skipped the main breakfast to eat there instead. Fresh fruit was surprisingly limited (mainly just oranges and apples) for a country known for its produce. Room cleaning was minimal - bins were emptied but bedding was never changed during our stay. The quilt on the double bed only covered a single, which was awkward. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and stuck in “winter mode” even when temperatures reached 29°C. Service was very hit-and-miss. Some staff were friendly, but many seemed indifferent, often prioritising German and Turkish guests over English-speaking ones. This became far more noticeable mid-week when hundreds of local Turkish guests arrived. The atmosphere changed dramatically: entertainment switched entirely to Turkish music and dancing, planned shows were cancelled, bars struggled (long queues, running out of glasses), and the buffet turned chaotic with plates of food left untouched on tables while others went without. The hotel does not feel like a true 5-star property when operating at capacity. The remote location adds to the feeling of being stuck - you need a dolmuş (local minibus) or a transfer to reach anywhere else. Many other British guests echoed our sense of feeling unwelcome during the busier period. We were also disappointed by the on-site trip organiser. They present themselves as the official rep but are a separate company that are shared your details on arrival by the hotel. Prices for the same excursions varied significantly between hotels, with little transparency on who actually operates the tours. Overall: We wouldn’t return to this hotel or the Side/Manavgat area. While we didn’t have a terrible holiday (we made great friends and enjoyed their company), the hotel fell well short of the 5-star luxury experience we expected. The facilities have real potential, but the food, cleaning, and inconsistent service - especially when the hotel is full - let it down badly.

I dont know why they’re lying so much. They are rude people. They do not like people wit arab features! It was a disgusting behavior at the reception. They give you dirty looks. No rooms are available No place to store luggage A la carte restaurant are closed Only one pool Fitness center broken and ducktaped Not much food No food at pool bar Dirty boring everywhere Waiters ignores you No parasol No sunbeds This is more of a 1 star resort! Completly embarrasing.🤡🤡I switched hotel at last🤣🤣

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were nice. Good all inclusive and lots of options of food and stuff to do. The rooms were nice. Good value for the money. Good sound isolation. It could’ve been a little bit more clean in the rooms and the location is a bit far from the city, but overall the stay was nice! Also I met a travel agency representative Mustafa Aksoy who was really helpful and gave us tips and recommendations. We booked lots of amazing day activities with him which made the trip better, I recommend him.
