J'Adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa

First impressions are good from the outside and reception this place looks luxurious. It probably once was. The rooms are dated never cleaned and ours faced next doors balcony about 100 feet away . Food was ok if you are lucky enough to get it hot, waiting staff in the restaurant are fantastic and friendly. Pool area is kept spotless and pool bars are well stocked. Don’t get conned into the reps free trip to a shopping centre, it’s one shop miles away that’s not really good value, go to the bazaar instead. Night time entertainment was mostly provided by the guests, had it not been for them the holiday would have been a disaster. Bar staff can be rude at times, perhaps due to the long queues and ignorant guests from the east. Once again the waiting staff excellent especially Havva a lovely young lady.. The hotel is on the middle of nowhere but well served by plenty of local transport. There’s a private beach where the beach bar serves excellent snacks n drinks. Al in all if not go beck to this hotel.

A wonderful hotel. The food is delicious and varied. The room is clean and spacious. Special thanks to the Guest Relations department for their attentive service, and we will definitely be back.

This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The service is fantastic, the food is amazing, and the team is wonderful. We feel right at home. We had an unforgettable holiday. A big thank you to the wonderful young man in Guest Relations and everyone else. We will definitely be back for more!!!
