Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

Our family spent a wonderful week at this hotel and we can only leave a very positive review. The rooms and overall atmosphere were excellent. There is a great kids’ club and an aqua park, and the food was outstanding. The first surprise was upon arrival, when we received a room upgrade. This was a very pleasant and much appreciated gesture. We would especially like to highlight the care and attention we received from Dana, Elizaveta, and Anna, the hotel managers. They were available almost around the clock, sending us the daily programme, answering all our questions, and creating a real sense of comfort and care. We would also like to thank Evelina and her colleague from the kids’ club (unfortunately, I forgot his name), who were always incredibly friendly and organised fun and engaging activities for the children. The water dance sessions were led by a very energetic and lively girl from Venezuela- they were fantastic. A special thank you to the chefs, who kindly prepared separate desserts for our son due to his allergy. The animation team was also wonderful, always friendly and making sure no one got bored. The outdoor hot pool was perfect for more relaxed days, although we also enjoyed swimming in the sea during the warmer weather. The indoor pools were excellent for rainy days, and we really appreciated that access to the sauna and hamam was included Overall, our holiday was amazing. Thank you to the entire hotel staff! We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are beautiful and te service is wonderful. We were met by the very friendly Rida. He helped us with all our questions and was always ready to help. Would tell everyone to visit this hotel

We had a great family holiday staying in the upgraded rooms within the Lagoon area. Entertainers were really fun, and we enjoyed their company, especially Jaylina! Our expectations were certainly exceeded. The reception staff couldn’t do enough for us - Taha in particular helped to make our holiday experience amazing! His colleague Ecem was also amazing. Massive thanks! Service was second to none. You will not be disappointed!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our young children were delighted to receive soft toys at check-in, it was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The staff throughout the resort were nothing short of amazing, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The entertainment team truly stood out, offering a wide range of activities that kept guests of all ages engaged and having fun. The heated pool was a highlight, especially on the cooler days, it made a huge difference to our experience. The food at the à la carte restaurants was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. A special mention to the butler service, which was outstanding. They introduced themselves in person each day and went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. It really added a personal and luxurious touch to our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable. We would definitely recommend this resort and can’t wait to return.
