Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

This was an early season visit for golf and sunshine. The hotel has an excellent location in Belek with beautiful well-tended grounds, gardens and pool areas. Good beach access - but no full use of the beach at this time of the year. There was access to an outdoor heated swimming pool with a bar. (And it looked likely that other pools and outdoor spaces would be open within the next couple of weeks.) Inside the hotel cannot be faulted - lovely, spacious rooms. Extremely clean and well-presented throughout. Great social spaces (bars). The gym, sauna, steam room and indoor heated pool were all available for use. Along with bookable massages. The only slight downfall was the all-inclusive buffet food: while there was a very wide variety of options available, the food was occasionally not as hot as it should have been and the options were repeated too frequently. Excellent service provided by all staff (reception, customer services, waiting staff, housekeeping).

I've been intending to write this review for some time, the 5* elements of this hotel are limited to the beach and some elements of the bar and buffet. Everything else is limited to 3* by European standards. The rooms are ok, the management placed us in a double room rather than the Suite we ordered and took some time to rectify this. The bar drinks and food are ok but far better can be had at Rixos/Barut hotels. Entertainment isn't as suitable for Europeans and we felt unsafe in hotel itself.

The hotel met all expectations it was comfortable and had all that you would expect for a golf trip away, the package and on the door step golf course was amazing there was no negative points the value of the golf along side the all inclusiveness of the hotel the bar and restaurants was so good I did not need for anything all week. The rooms was cleaned and serviced everyday as expected but it was to a very good standard not just a bed turndown, the bed in the rood and pillows was super comfortable, my only negative was the lack of air-conditioning and the room at night was very hot... This time of year the hotel was quite quite even with my room door open at night for air above my room the noise from the bar or entertainment was finished at a reasonable time and each night was quite and comfortable All the staff was amazing and consensus very professional A special thanks gose to the hotel manager RIDA, he was always available always checking on our experience and if there was anything we need a very polite professional gentleman and assisting with any requirements needed

Amazing stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone, friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond. Especially Rida! Great guy
