Excellent hotel my rider is in excellent courtesy great hospitality and we will definitely book again. Golf has been exceptional. There has been exceptional.

Big, golf friendly, kid friendly hotel which has resonance rooms but jeez the service is awful. It’s all inclusive but it feels like everyone is doing their very level best to tip you off! Example, steakhouse tried to charge us 50 euro ahead sur charge per person on top of all the other charges for no reason whatsoever. Another example is the pier deck. No one else on it at all yet to have an area overlooking the sea was 350 Euro lol. They had an opportunity to look after a load of guys who would have then went back to Dubai and raved about it, yet now they have a bunch of guys who will never come back and will tell everyone why. Would I stay here again? No, never…

Fabulous service, nothing was too much trouble. Our family were very well looked after. Food was brilliant, endless choices and always hot. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Bar staff, reception and general manager were outstanding. Would highly recommend. Pier bar was epic, Ali was so attentive, polite and a credit to the hotel. We can't wait to return

Definitely a very good holiday!We had the best services from the staff, starting with the room cleaning,continuing with the amazing variety of delicious food, friendly and paying attention to all the details. Mr.RIDA, the manager ,always attending to guests , asking if everything is fine and making you feel very welcome! The hotel has all you need for a great holiday : fitness, swimming pool,spa,(thank you Hasan again, btw😊) club with DJ, piano music at evening and much more!Thank you for everything, Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
