Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

We recently stayed at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort with my parents and our daughter, who is nearly 2 years old. My parents have visited this hotel six times before, and after our first stay, we completely understand why they keep returning! From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel felt truly exceptional. The décor is stunning, the bars and facilities are immaculate, and the level of service throughout the resort is genuinely 5-star. We’ve stayed in many all-inclusive hotels over the years, but the food at Kaya Palazzo is definitely among the best we’ve experienced. The quality and variety were outstanding, and the restaurant staff were incredible — especially with our daughter, who they constantly entertained and made feel so special. The children’s facilities are fantastic. There’s a brilliant kids’ area complete with a water park, indoor play area, huge ball pit, trampolines, swings, and so much more. Every day there were plenty of activities for children to get involved in, which was amazing for families. The pool area is so relaxing, and even the sunbeds feel luxurious — no plastic loungers here! One of our favourite touches was the waiters on roller skates constantly bringing drinks around, meaning you never even need to leave your sunbed. It really adds to the luxury experience. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and wonderful with children. A special mention has to go to Rida, who checked in with us every single day to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. That level of genuine care is something we’ve never experienced at any other hotel. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help — a real credit to the hotel. We also want to thank Abdurahman, who looked after us at dinner each evening. He was so welcoming, always made sure we had a great table and drinks topped up, and it was lovely chatting with him about his family and three boys. Seizer at breakfast was equally fantastic, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. There was also a lovely gentleman serving us at lunch whose name unfortunately we didn’t catch, but he constantly made our daughter laugh and was simply wonderful. The beach and pier area are beautiful but it was quite windy when we visited so we tended to spend more time around the pool. The private Palazzo Lounge beach area is a place you can visit if you want a more private place to chill (although this is an additional charge). We spent one day here where we had breakfast and lunch on the beach. We didn’t personally think the drinks service was as good as it is around the pool. We were served a lot quicker around the pool than on the private beach area (and we were the only ones on it) . We personally didn’t feel like it was worth the €100pp we paid and hope that it was just a blip as my parent have been on it numerous times and always had a fantastic experience which we unfortunately didn’t this time. It’s a shame that the one thing that let the hotel down is the item we had to pay for. In addition to the main restaurant, there are several à la carte restaurants available for an extra charge. We visited the steakhouse and it was incredible — amazing food alongside live music from a singer while you dine. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the housekeeping staff were so friendly and lovely with our daughter too, they even left her a rubber duck to play with in the bath (which she loved to say we didn’t bring any bath toys with us) Each evening after the children’s mini disco, there was entertainment for adults. We watched several shows during our stay and every one was excellent (There’s a variety from tribute singers to circus acts, cabarets etc) Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we will absolutely be returning. More than anything, it’s the amazing staff who make this hotel what it is. We now completely understand why my parents have returned so many times — and we can’t wait for our next visit already!

Fantastic, the ladies are lovely. I couldn’t ask for any more. Our child really loved them. Definitely recommend coming back.

Sefa was an excellent host and an amazing bar man

The hotel Is Amazing, It was a very short but wonderful holiday. The food was really nice. The animation team was great, we had a very good time playing volleyball!

We were a group of 7 a mix of family and friends. We had the best time, the drinks are premium quality and a great selection of food. The staff all went above and beyond, really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Lived the entertainment team and the bar staff especially. The place is immaculate and although this was our first time here, it won’t be the last!!
