Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The facilities, amenities, and overall quality of the resort are excellent. However, there were a few issues that negatively affected my experience. First, I noticed unreasonable pricing for certain services at the pool shop. For example, I was charged €5 simply to inflate a child’s swimming ring with air. This was the first time I have ever been charged for such a basic service. Considering that it has virtually no operating cost, I believe it should be provided free of charge to hotel guests as part of the service expected from a luxury resort. Second, the prices at the indoor shop on the ground floor were extremely excessive. A pack of Pampers diapers was being sold for €35 (around 2,000 Turkish Lira), while I purchased the exact same product outside the hotel for only 450 Turkish Lira. Such a huge price difference is difficult to justify and gives the impression that guests are being taken advantage of. In addition, the attitude of some of the staff working at the pool shop was disappointing and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. They lacked professionalism and courtesy, and I felt they spoke to guests in a condescending manner. In particular, one female employee spoke to me without making eye contact and, on several occasions, turned her back on me while I was speaking to her. I found this disrespectful and completely inconsistent with the level of hospitality expected from a luxury resort. I hope the hotel management will review the pricing policies at both the pool shop and the indoor shop, and also provide better customer service training for the retail staff. These issues had a negative impact on my overall experience. Aside from these concerns, the hotel itself is excellent, and addressing them would make the guest experience truly exceptional.

Excellent family holiday at Kaya Palazzo. The food was great, the beach was spotless, and the rooms were comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Rida for being attentive and always happy to resolve any issues. Under his management, the restaurant team was friendly, helpful, and always checking if we needed drinks. The Kids Club was fantastic with great activities. Many thanks to Zarina, Sabina, Marina, Kubra and Sevda, especially Sabina, who proactively helped us with arranging and processing payments for activities. Guest Relations were very helpful and accommodating, and our late-night check-in was quick and efficient. The only suggestion would be to better separate smoking and non-smoking areas in the outdoor restaurant. We would definitely return.
