Kentia Hotel

Mum and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Kentia! The staff were excellent especially Mami who kept everyone entertained. Kadir and all the restaurant and bar staff worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy and attended to. Our room and the whole site was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend joining in with aqua gym and the foam party as well as making use of the free shuttle bus to the Kentia private beach. You’re really spoilt for choice with the wide variety of foods on offer each meal time. The gardens are beautifully maintained. An added bonus is the family of cats. Such an amazing hotel and wonderful staff- Teşekkürler!

We returned to this hotel after 2 years and it’s had a makeover the rooms have all been decorated and look lovely. But unfortunately that’s the only positive we arrived around midnight to be told that we did not have a room. So we needed to stay in a villa down the road which was quite a nice little place. We went back at 8am as we were told to do and the manager would be there and would of sorted out our room and give us an upgrade we were told several times over an hour and a half they were cleaning our room we eventually got the key went to the room which was lovely and had a pool view. The food is very repetitive and not a lot of choice but they always have chips and pasta so we never went hungry. We had cockroaches in our room 4 nights of our stay I let the manager know and he didn’t seem to bothered he said they are probably coming in from the roof we were first floor with two floors above us. And if you do not get a sunbed by 6am you will not get one at all and towels put down by some and not used till late afternoon. Which is annoying as there are not a massive amount to go round. You do now get free WiFi which was good around the whole hotel. The spa is amazing lovely staff and great packages. Also a bit disappointing that they still don’t include any cocktails in the all inclusive package if you want one they charge it to your room.

Loved the people, loved the workers, and especially Mami. He's a legend. Organized these darts events, water Polo games, shows, and also some other stuff.

fantastic trip. I want to say a special thanks to two of the bartenders (nebi and emo), who made my family and I feel extremely welcome the entire trip. they were both very attentive and accommodating, and made the overall experience very memorable!!! (in the neighbourhood bar)

It's a cosy hotel with lovely decorations and thoughtful little details. The staff is amazing, everyone is very kind and helpful. I'd especially like to mention Mr. Soner in the restaurant. He is super attentive with guests and makes you feel welcome. The waiter/bartender team seems to follow this great & professional work ethic. We appreciated this a lot. Nice atmosphere by the pool: music, games and other activities (big thanks to Mr. Mami!) The gym is small but it has a treadmill, a few strength machines, and enough free weights for a proper holiday workout. The hammam and spa were excellent as well. All this adds a lot to the holiday experience.
