❤️ A Beautiful Hotel with the Most Amazing People! ❤️ We’ve just had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel! It is spotlessly clean and decorated in a gorgeous shabby-chic style, giving it so much charm and character. It really is such a pretty place! The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. As the hotel isn’t too big, it has such a lovely, intimate atmosphere, and everyone seems to come together in the evenings, making it feel like one big family. A special mention has to go to Mami, the entertainment guy, who always went above and beyond to keep us entertained in the evenings. Once those amazing cocktails had kicked in. best cocktails ever 🍹, we definitely weren’t ready for the evening to end! 😂🍹 Mami is such a lovely asset to the hotel, always bringing energy, fun and the biggest smile. He really does help make the evenings special! 🥰 Then there’s our little bundle of joy, Mr Photographer Hamid! 📸❤️ He lights up the room with his personality and is so professional, friendly and welcoming. He’s never too busy to stop for a chat, and his lovely nature makes him such a special part of the hotel. The shuttle bus down to the beach is a great bonus, although it’s worth mentioning that food and drinks aren’t included in the all-inclusive package when you’re down at the beach. Hasret, thank you for making our holiday one to remember! We absolutely loved Karma and have made some beautiful memories that we’ll take home with us. Thank you again for everything! ❤️ Overall, a beautiful, clean and charming hotel with a fantastic atmosphere and, most importantly, some truly lovely people who make your stay extra special. It’s the people who make a holiday memorable, and this hotel certainly has that! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to see you all again! 🥰❤️🍹

Upon arrival was greated at reception by a lady who did'nt look very welcoming and was straight away asked for £200 to upgrade to a better room, was given one room key and air con controller and told where to find our room. On getting to our room it was perfectly fine the only problem we had was no safe key so went back to reception to get one. returned to my room opened the safe to find out could not close it and that the safe was not secured to anything. Returned to reception to report the safe and the lady said that all the safes were not secured, but would sent a maintenance person to repair the safe. The maintenance person turned up but had to take the safe away to repair it and told us it will be about two hours. So we went off to dinner and returnd to our room ot find the safe had been returned and fixed down to the wall. The hotel is very Beautiful and is very clean and tidy thats the good part. The pool is very cold and there is no life guard on duty. Also sunbeds are reserved by people putting towels on in the early morning but not turning up till later in the day. The hotel is a good way from the beach but they run a bus that takes you at 945 and 1045 and then will pick you up at 1600 and 1700 when we were dropped off at a lovely beach and the water was nice and warm. The only problem we had was finding a toilet. We walked back to the hotel as we didnt fansy the whole day at the beach and it was a lot longer walk than the 800 metres it says. The hotel food was ok but was very repetitive and by half way through the week we were struggerling to find something different to eat and my wife can normally find something but even she was fed up with what was on offer. The staff though polite and efficeint, never gave a warm welcoming smile, except Hamdin the photogragher he was the only person who greeted you every morning and afternoon with a big smile and nice greeting which always made us smile, but it seamed that the rest of the staff were just going through the motions and doing there job without any pleasure. They did there jobs to well, on a couple of occasions we went to fetch food from the food bar to find that on returning to our table that it had been cleared and someone else was sitting there, and on another occasion plates and glass were cleared without asking even though we were still eating. Also the all inclusive drinks at night stop at 2230 and after that you have to pay, there are no cocktails included in the all inclusive not even mocktails which we throught was not right. Over all we had a good holiday and made the most of it but Having stayed in quite a few hotels around the world this is the one of the worst we have stayed in. The hotel is ok but we will not be returning to this hotel if we return to turkey.

Where to begin !! I will list the hotel experience and give a rating out of 10 On arrival at midnight we were welcomed by a less than friendly receptionist. He showed us to our rooms and gave us a small carton of water 6/10 Room was good, bed comfy bathroom well equipped ,fridge ,kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, good water pressure and hot water , towels changed daily 9/10 Pool was FREEEEEEZING very clean with plenty of sunbeds. no pool towels provided. 7/10 Little shop ok for snacks and it had a selection of the usual holiday items towels bags flip flops etc 7/10 Restaurant!!! Food quality was THE worst I have EVER EVER experienced. Cheap poor quality, the only thing worth eating was the omelette in the morning for breakfast. No croissants!! or pastries of any kind and the bread for toast was stale and died out. Waiting staff were lazy leaving tables with dirty dishes and not wiping tables after use. Very often no plates to be had or cutlery. The only staff worth their wages were a young man called Nico and Tecla she was always friendly and gave service with a smile. I am not a picky eater, but this "slop" was seriously bad . It was cold, a microwave was available to warm up your food!!! The coffee machine had several options cappuccino, mocha etc BUT every drink was the same . 2/10 The hotel itself was lovely , clean stylish very boutique, but that's where it's appeal ends . Had we been booked for any longer than a week i would have cut short my holiday and got a flight home. At best this hotel can be described as Full board plus, most definitely NOT All Inclusive All of this is my experience, you may have a different idea of what is acceptable, but I wouldn't stay here again if it were free . Sorry Kentia but you need to raise your standards massively especially as repeat business is so important these days .

What an amazing holiday! We didn’t want to leave 🥹The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming☺️ The cocktail bar was stunning🍸great service and the drinks were delicious! A big shoutout to the hotel entertainer Mami 😀very friendly and funny. The location was very ideal - very close to the old town with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and clubs. We’ll definitely be back🥳

This hotel is very good location in side, only 5 minutes’ drive from the old town where there is the marina, lots of bars and restaurants. The staff in this hotel are very friendly, always wanting to help in the best way they can and provide the best service. It has great Amenities including the pool, a fabulous cocktail bar and of course fantastic daily/ nightly entertainment. Special shoutout to Mami the entertainment man who was so funny and just a great guy. Overall the atmosphere was great. Good for families, young adults and anyone wanting a great stay in side, Antalya turkey.
