Kentia Hotel

Loved the people, loved the workers, and especially Mami. He's a legend. Organized these darts events, water Polo games, shows, and also some other stuff.

fantastic trip. I want to say a special thanks to two of the bartenders (nebi and emo), who made my family and I feel extremely welcome the entire trip. they were both very attentive and accommodating, and made the overall experience very memorable!!! (in the neighbourhood bar)

It's a cosy hotel with lovely decorations and thoughtful little details. The staff is amazing, everyone is very kind and helpful. I'd especially like to mention Mr. Soner in the restaurant. He is super attentive with guests and makes you feel welcome. The waiter/bartender team seems to follow this great & professional work ethic. We appreciated this a lot. Nice atmosphere by the pool: music, games and other activities (big thanks to Mr. Mami!) The gym is small but it has a treadmill, a few strength machines, and enough free weights for a proper holiday workout. The hammam and spa were excellent as well. All this adds a lot to the holiday experience.

We stayed at the Kentia Apartments Hotel in Side from 5th–12th July and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious ground-floor, two-bedroom apartment with a balcony, which was perfect for me and my 17-year-old son. I suspect they took one look at my son's size and realised we would appreciate the extra space! What really made this holiday special, however, was the exceptional service from every member of staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and always happy to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay. I would like to give a very special mention to Soner, the manager. As someone living with diabetes, it meant a great deal that he recognised this and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything. That level of genuine care and kindness is something you don't often experience and made a lasting impression. I'd also like to thank the wonderful team at the spa. Both my son and I enjoyed massages during our stay, and they were exceptional. They have genuinely helped ease my diabetic neuropathy, while also supporting my son's rehabilitation following recent knee surgery. Their professionalism and expertise were outstanding. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming throughout. Combined with the outstanding customer service, it made for a memorable holiday. Thank you to everyone at Kentia Apartments Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return or recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Side.
