Lago Hotel

I rarely write reviews, but this time I really wanted to. Our vacation was originally planned between two hotels: 7 days at Lago and the remaining days at another hotel. When it was time to move, we left. However, after just a few days, we realized it had been a mistake. We contacted Lago, booked another room, and came back. I think that says more about this hotel than any rating or number of stars ever could. The hotel is modern, beautiful, and very well maintained. During our stay in June, it was fully booked, yet it never felt crowded. The territory is spacious and thoughtfully designed, so there is always enough room for everyone, whether at the pools, restaurants, or beach. I would especially like to mention the staff. The reception team and administrators are always welcoming and ready to help with any request or question. In a large hotel, it is rare to find such genuine care and attention toward guests. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The girls from Russia and Kazakhstan are amazing—friendly, positive, and sincere. They create a great atmosphere and encourage guests to join activities without ever being pushy. A special thank you for the darts games and the daytime activities. There is always something happening during the day: volleyball, darts, fitness activities, dancing, and other games. In the evenings, there are shows and discos. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, you will definitely not be bored here. The food was delicious and varied. My only small wish would be to see shrimp served a little more often. 😊 If I had to mention a downside, it would only be the location outside the hotel. There are very few shops or places to walk nearby, and the closest shops are about a 15–20 minute walk away. Thank you to the entire Lago team for a wonderful holiday. This is truly one of those places that makes you want to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Lago Hotel! The entire resort is beautifully maintained, modern, and located in a stunning beachfront setting. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What truly made our vacation special was the friendly and professional staff, who were always helpful and welcoming. The pools, entertainment programs, and facilities were outstanding, making it a perfect destination for both relaxation and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Lago Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality holiday experience in Turkey. Probably the best Hotel I've been. The food is out of this planet, variety and the taste is amazing. The staff is extremely professional, they are friendly with big hearts and smiles. Everyone is trying to make you feel entertained. I recommend visiting Lago 10/10! Love from Bulgaria and we will visit again!

Hotel is lovely and nice and clean. Animation team are excellent and very friendly. Food is also very nice with lots of different options.
