Family dublex room for 5 people (2 adults, 3 teenage kids) is quite narrow, fortunately there was a bathroom on both floors and a large balcony. Room is cleaned daily, towels are changed every day and mini fridge was filled without problems. Beds are comfortable, pillows not that much. Bathrobes for everybody to use for going to the spa. Premises (inside, outside, toilets at the beach) are really very clean, never seen anything like that in Turkey before. Large beach area for swimming and walking, always enough space by the pools, one big pool was heated. Everyone in our family liked the water park. There is a +16 pool area where you can have different bottled beer that tasted very good. We really appreciated that there was no loud Russian music banging neither around the pools or at the beach. The music that was played daily was nice and created a very chill vibe for a nice relaxing vacation. There are good spa services (massage was super!) but the prices are quite high. Everybody could use 2 saunas and a steam room plus a small indoor pool, enough room for indoor relaxing. Game room was for extra charge, even the pool table. The game room itself was big but it smelled of mould and humidity and was not pleasant. Entertainment was ordinary (yoga, aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball), nothing special. Good variety of food (meat, fish, salads, local pastry with cheese or meat, soups), different type of eggs, pancakes and waffles in the morning. Different fresh smoothies and juices (carrot, green, banana) in the morning, that was really super! Fortunately you can get real freshly ground coffee from 2 different bars, hot chocolate for our kids was a nice surprise. Table service in the dining area was a bit poor, it was difficult to get drinks. It seemed that there were not enough staff for that, some did not speak nor understand English. Staff in general was friendly and helpful, lots of really young people. However drinks were good, local alcohol (beer, gin, rum) tasted normal, without bad spirit taste. There is a separate +16 area for dining without kids running around, that was a nice touch. There are 2 shopping centers nearby, 10-15min drive by taxi. The shop in the hotel was overrated and not that good in quality, you can buy better things at Nova mall. We had a nice family holiday and would recommend it without doubt!

I just got back from a stay at Lago Hotel in Side with my mom and honestly, I’m already missing the vibe there. If you’re looking for a place that feels fresh and lively, this is definitely it. One of the first things that blew me away was the private beach. They’ve done this Maldives-style imitation area that looks so natural and beautiful; it’s easily the best spot in the hotel for photos and just relaxing by the water. The food variety was also a huge plus. You can really tell the chefs know their stuff and put a lot of heart into the dishes every day. While there are plenty of a la carte restaurants to choose from, we found the main options were always fantastic and fresh. The hotel is kept spotless everywhere you go. I also noticed the Mini Club is fantastic. You always see happy kids having a great time, which shows how well-run it is. What truly made the holiday special, though, was the people. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The bartenders and waiters were super helpful and always on top of things, which makes such a difference when you're in total vacation mode. The animation team is the real heartbeat of the place, and Sinan does an amazing job managing the whole crew. The music and vibes were always spot on thanks to DJ Alex and DJ Ali, and guys like Onur and Kerim were great at keeping everyone engaged and having fun during the day. I also spent a lot of time doing the activities like yoga, aqua gym, and zumba. Nurseli, Dilara, and Aleyna are all so talented and made the sessions really enjoyable. A shoutout to Iklim, who is just a ball of pure energy – you can't help but feel happy when she’s around – and Emine, who was such a great companion which made everything feel much more personal. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with a team that clearly cares about making your stay memorable. Will be back in the future 💫

Very good Location, Good cleaning, everyday. Atmosphere very good. Rooms Are big, get cleaned everyday. Snackbar filled everyday. Exzellent Service
