This place was outstanding. The food, the facilities, the room, and the service was all superb. A bit on the higher price side but still worth every penny. I highly recommend every single aspect of this hotel. ATIYE pilates, JENYA kids club, ESRA at breakfast were all superb.

Travelled with my wife who 6 months pregnant and 3 year old. An exceptionally large resort that has put a lot of thought in the little details. Very helpful staff who within a few seconds would ask if we needed any help if we looked unsure. Helpful but non intrusive. Room was spacious, clean and little touches like baby wash kit or towel arrangements in shape of animals was really nice (see picture) Food was excellent. Great variety in the main buffet area and great quality of ingredients. Never was I unsure of the freshness of the dish, which is common in all inclusive. And then there is the al la carte, different themes including Japanese Kaiten (conveyor belt), Italian, Turkish fine dining with excellent chateaubriand steak. Important to set expectations right, as it is difficult to book for your first 2 nights and have to be fastest finger at 10am. Guest services will put you on a waiting list if you struggle. An they came through with a couple of bookings for us. Animation was also another highlight with evening shows great for my son. Magic shows, clown shows, dancing troupes and tribute bands. Bubble fest was a highlight for my son, and darts and air rifle competition was highlight for me and the missus! She also won. Couple of criticism worth mentioning was the Level Up. This was an amusement arcade which required coins you had to buy (think Disney Dollars). Price was extortionate and felt like profiteering from kids pester power (even if is this was not the intention). The quality of the games were poor in contrast to the PS5 room with 4 consoles all free to play. Feels out of place for an “ultra” all inclusive concept resort. Another was little understanding of what would be open during our stay. We went on the last day of the winter season, expecting everything to be available the start of the summer season. The outdoor amphitheater was not open and a few a la carte restaurant was not opened. Some communication on what was available would be nice to help set expectation. It rained for a few days here and the team were active in creating some indoor activities including table tennis and getting people involved. It really is a huge resort, multiple parks, golf buggy service to get you around, numerous la carte restaurants, pools, beaches, bars (indoor and out), huge green spaces. Shout out to Aykut from the animation team. Great energy, charisma and emotional intelligence to understand who is more receptive to banter and who needs more encouragement. Remembers everyone’s name and not just on the day, but throughout their stay.

Here’s a tighter, more focused version that emphasizes the value issue: ⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with this resort, especially given the price. The value simply isn’t there. For an “all-inclusive” property at this rate, you expect reliable access to food, amenities, and competent service—but that was not the case. Many facilities were closed at random times, including waterslides, the arcade, and even the cat house. Food availability was inconsistent; at one point in the late afternoon, the only option was a nearly empty café with just sweets, which didn’t work for me due to a medical restriction. Basic things like pool towels were unavailable, and the elevator being down led to long, frustrating waits. The room itself was also misleading. I paid for a partial view, but on the second floor there was essentially no view at all—it felt like a misrepresentation. Service and communication were equally frustrating. Staff frequently provided conflicting or incorrect information, from check-in details to simple dining requests. Even something as basic as getting extra bread at dinner depended on which staff member you asked. While one assistant manager was kind, no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. For the price, this was far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is outstanding, with excellent service, beautiful facilities and great attention to detail. Ideal for families — our child loved every moment. Everything was smooth, relaxing and truly high quality. We will definitely return!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great service! The facilities are very well cleaned at all times. Rooms are clean and modern and have everything you need. Fantastic and delicious (!) food and the activities for kids are amazing. Sport offerings: yoga and Pilates with Atiye a MUST. She is superb. Pure motivation and inspiration. Also a traditional massage and visit in the Spa is almost a must. As well here staff and service great.
