Amigo, Gamze, Buket and Aykut are amazing entertainers! They made our stay so much fun and kept us wonderfully entertained. The energy they have and share with the guests is unbelievable. Every single day, they are incredibly energetic, positive and happy. I would come back to this hotel just for them! The food was also incredible. I have stayed at many hotels, but this one exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned very carefully every day. The hairdryer in the room works very well, and everything is perfectly arranged, from shaving cream to toothpaste and toothbrushes. The rest of the staff are very well trained, helpful and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and we may come back again next year!

We came here as a large family, and we would like to thank the entire team on behalf of all of us. Everything has been wonderful from the beginning to the end. We are truly having a fantastic holiday. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. We have really enjoyed our time here and are very happy with our choice. We would especially like to mention Harun from the main restaurant. He is absolutely fantastic! He is very relaxed, hardworking, friendly, and sincere. He makes you feel as if you have known him for years. His positive energy and warm personality really make a difference. A very special thank you to Harun for all his attention and kindness. He definitely deserves to be mentioned! We truly appreciate everything he has done for us. ❤️ We are having a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families. I would like to provide an update to my original 1* review regarding booking of a la carte travelling as 2 groups After raising our concerns, Manager Aylin contacted me directly and was extremely proactive in helping us resolve the issue. She was able to assist us with securing our à la carte restaurant bookings for the remainder of our stay, and I really appreciated the effort she made to put things right. That said, I do feel the current process for booking the à la carte restaurants needs to be reviewed. Requiring each room to make separate bookings through the app can create unnecessary stress and frustration for guests who are travelling and dining together as one group. It also seems likely that this puts additional pressure on staff, who then have to deal with the inevitable fallout when guests are unable to make the arrangements they need. Allowing groups to arrange their restaurant bookings together at the time of arrival would, in my opinion, provide a much better guest experience. Once this issue was resolved, however, we went on to have a really enjoyable holiday. The facilities and activities were excellent, the standard of food was very good, and the staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. Having previously stayed at both Lara and Anda, we are glad that we chose to return to Lara Barut after considering other local options for our holiday. Despite the initial disappointment, the way Aylin handled our concerns made a real difference, and we were ultimately able to enjoy our stay and make the most of everything the hotel has to offer. I hope the hotel takes the feedback regarding the booking process constructively, as addressing this would make an already very good experience even better for future guests.

Our Third Wonderful Stay at Lara Barut Collection ❤️ This is our third time staying at Lara Barut Collection, and unfortunately, today is our last day. We are genuinely very sad to leave. Once again, we have had an amazing holiday and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food has been absolutely delicious throughout our stay. We especially loved the pide at Sandal Restaurant during lunch — it was one of our favorite meals! The main restaurant can be very busy and the service is fast-paced, but despite the high volume of guests, the staff are always friendly, attentive, and professional. We would especially like to say a huge thank you to Harun, who looked after us in the terrace area. He was always there to help us, always smiling, and made us feel truly welcome. His warm and friendly attitude made our evenings even more enjoyable. People like Harun are one of the reasons we love coming back to Lara Barut Collection. not quite 5 star - rooms show wear, housekeeping wouldn’t even vacuum or top off toiletries (and we were in one of the larger premium suites), food was ok and not stellar like everyone claims. exception was the staff at the restaurants and the kids club - went above and beyond each day - especially folks like mustafa at zestful and zara at kids club. they really made the experience worth it!
