We had a fantastic experience at the Limak Atlantis Deluxe Hotel & Resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Amin, the service manager. From the moment we needed assistance, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Amin was approachable, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. He handled our requests efficiently and made us feel valued as guests. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out and made a difference to our stay. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and helpful, and we truly appreciate the effort he put in to ensure everything ran smoothly for us. Thank you, Amin, for making our holiday even more enjoyable we would definitely return!

We stayed at Limak Atlantis Deluxe Hotel & Resort at the beginning of April for one week (myself, my fiancé and my daughter), and I can honestly say it was one of the best stays we’ve had in Turkey. The entire experience was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the service. The staff deserve special recognition — we felt genuinely cared for, looked after and welcomed throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. It was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction really matter to them. It was also a pleasure to leave tips, as the service truly deserved it. A very special thank you to the team for helping my fiancé organise a surprise anniversary evening for me on the beach. I know it wasn’t easy to arrange, but the hotel staff made it happen and created such a beautiful and memorable experience for us. It’s something we will never forget ❤️ The food was delicious. Even though it was the beginning of the season, the variety was great and everything we tried was very tasty. Evening shows were also fantastic — there was something for everyone to enjoy. I also really enjoyed the fitness activities — the yoga and Tabata classes were especially engaging and well organised, and I found them a great addition to the stay. The pools we cold but we still gave it a try — definitely a different experience compared to summer. Luckily, I absolutely loved the sauna and hammam, which made up for the cooler weather. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard by lovely housekeeping staff. We really appreciated how discreet and considerate they were, adjusting cleaning times to suit us. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be our dinner at the Turkish à la carte restaurant. As we didn’t order wine and just had the meals included in our stay, it felt like the staff lost interest in our table. We had to ask multiple times for water and were not checked on, and no one even noticed when we left. However, this was a one-off experience and did not affect our overall impression of the hotel. This was definitely one of our best stays in Turkey, which made me especially happy as I had some concerns after staying at another Limak hotel last year (Limra), where the service was disappointing. Here, it was the complete opposite. The hotel didn’t feel overcrowded, although we visited outside of peak season. We would happily return again with our family in the future. Went to Limak Atlantis for the 8th time. I love going to this hotel as I feel it is like home. Halil the bellboy greeted me warmly and showed me to my room. He is always really helpful and cannot do enough for you. The entertainment team are so good. Arman, Svitlana and Oktay always welcome me like I am family. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The beds are soooo comfortable, the food is great. All the bar staff are so good especially Ferhat and Çağrı who look after me.

We had an amazing holiday in Turkey with friends. Bellboy Halil took care of our luggage, and we could go to him with any questions.

What a fantastic hotel, we had an awesome holiday here from 8th to 15th April . We are a retired couple. Fantastic from start to finish all we won't was a relaxing stream free week and that is exactly what we got. The staff from the cleaners to the managers were all very professional friendly and approachable. Entertainment in evening was varied and very good, daytime entertainment also very good . Food and restaurants 100% as are all bar staff. If we could afford it we would go several times a year . We will try and get back in October this year.
