Limak Atlantis Deluxe Hotel & Resort

Currently staying at this hotel please be aware prices are lower this time of year but reality when here is * Whole of main pool you see on all pictures is cordoned off and empty ! Only pool to use is indoor pool even though 23degrees and hotel 75% full * bar in beach literally a kiosk poor drinks *snacks on beach only dried out burger hot dog or processed chicken nuggets chips served in brown paper bags *buffet Salads and cakes impressive but stops there literally 9 mains to choose from !!! And very poor which you will see repeated again at breakfast again !! ( not kidding and lunch next day ) spaghetti n tomato sauce for breakfast even saw beef stew literally awful We came here not expecting the full service with lower prices and fewer facilities in march but food is awful and literally the biggest feature of the hotel is the main pool Empty people everywhere no sunbeds around closed areas * also maintenance going on everywhere expect to be woken by drill ing n banging around 8am like I your next room !!! * full lobby bar rarely anything going on at night your list what to do * sold as ultra all inclusive but local spirits only and cheap and awful no branded drinks here and wine in buffet so rank makes you ill literally vinegar * Italian ala carte and Turkish only ones open Italian you have to pay 15 euros each !! Extra to use Paloma every day from now on Limak really really disappointed expected so much better even in March from you no excuse for this when hotels almost full !! On a plus weathers around 20 degrees can feel warmer so good weather for march just pick a better hotel !

Not great. I must say that the staff were lovely however there were NO POOLS with water in, the premises desparately needed updating, we had to change rooms 3 times in 3 days!! Even after we paid to upgrade our Jacuzzi was not working they did not address this till our final night when we were upgraded again. We were denied the opportunity to dine in the a la carte restaurant every night so we were very frustrated despite paying extra to upgrade because the first room they put us in had filthy windows, dirty cups and was very dark and cold with laminate floor board with severe water damage. The fact we couldn't even access the basic things like a swimming pool was not good enough. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

We had a 4 night stay here last week of February, we were very impressed with the hotel and everything on offer. Staff are do attentive, nothing was a problem. Room was spacious and comfortable. Food and drinks were amazing. Beach was lovely Overall thoroughly recommend.

We were originally booked into this hotels sister hotel; we were moved as it was being renovated. So imagine our surprise when we were sitting in the bar and all we could hear was heavy duty machinery above us. Yes, you guessed it, they were doing renovations. Very, very annoying. So, no problem, we’ll go and sit at the beach bar. Doh, there was some work going on there as well. Also, this hotel was a lot further away from Belek, the local town, than the hotel we had originally booked. 45 minutes walking, 10€ by taxi, one way. So I can now hear you saying it couldn’t get much worse; wrong. The hotel had a large number of youth football teams staying there also. Please don’t get me wrong, they weren’t too much of a problem, other than they ran everywhere, including in the bar and seating areas. Dangerous as there were kids and elderly people about, not to mention people carrying drinks. The hotel did get this sorted after a couple of days. We met a young couple with two young children, they were roomed in the same block as the football teams, they complained about the noise from these teams on a number of occasions. So there must be some good points about this hotel, well yes, there are. The waiting staff in the Bar Area’s were excellent and attentive morning, noon and night. The coffee shop and patisserie were excellent. The beach bar and snack bars were very good. We used the Italian restaurant for an extra €15, each, it was lovely food and the waiting staff were great. The pools looked great but you could only use the indoor one due to the time of year. We didn’t use the spa so no comment there. There were a number of shops in the hotel, however the prices varied daily. The young couple we met were charged €25 for sun tan cream for their children. There was a downstairs bar and entertainment area, including a two lane bowling alley and games room. So the facilities were good. Our rooms were spacious and clean, although our balcony was tiny and didn’t get any sun all day, luck of the draw I guess. That just leaves the hotels restaurant, first of all, I enjoyed every meal. The food was of a good quality. The waiting staff worked their backsides off to ensure everyone was okay. However, I feel they could do with more staff. On a couple of occasions we were unable to find a clean table and had to wait for staff to sort it. I feel with more staff this wouldn’t be a problem. I have attached pics and some short videos as evidence. Would I go back to this hotel, no. We’ve exhausted this area of Turkey, we’ll be looking for new areas to explore.

I had a lovely stay at the Atlantis for me and my family. I found all the staff very helpful and nothing was too much for them. It was nice that they all stopped to have a chat with you and made the effort to get to know you. The hotel itself is beautiful downstairs. The room that I stayed in was really comfortable, mattresses were great and I had a nice sleep. The rooms are really clean and bedding was changed regularly which you don't usually get that in other hotels. The bar was great such a variety of drinks to choose from for myself and the children. The food had a good variety daily and tasted good. I will be back next year and thankyou so much for making our holiday special. I loved the cats being around especially, it's lovely how they have the Tom and jerry cat houses and ensure the cats are well looked after.
