Limak Atlantis Deluxe Hotel & Resort

My daughter and I enjoyed a girls trip to Limak Atlantis. We had a very nice experience. After first visting the Kid's Club, my daughter wanted to spend at least 2h a day there. Tuba and her team do a fantastic job: they do engaging and creative activities, they know each kid by name and I feel like they have an eye on the different needs of each kid. During my stay, I had an medical need and the Limak Staff was exeptionally supportive in recommending a clinc, organizing transport, organizing the meds post-clinic and checking in every now or then on me. Over all, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and premise, great food - everything I needed for a relaxing holiday.

WOW another visit to this amazing, beautiful and welcoming hotel. We came in May and now in October. The staff were second to none, very friendly and made us feel welcome AGAIN. Cander the waiter was very special. Hercules the entertainment guy was very funny and cute. Kat the entertainer was very lovely as she was in May, very friendly and i wished she will be there when we go back in May 2027. The weather wasn't as good as in May, it rained on the Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th but i think that is what you would expect going in October. We got offered a Cobana on Friday as no cost, which was a lovely surprise, we made the most of the offer. Can't wait for May so come back and see all the staff and the beautiful hotel.

Had a great week at the Limak Atlantis , we were so lucky with the weather and had a great week storm on last day but we used indoor pool so didn’t damper last day. It’s not 5 star but a good 4 star hotel. food was brilliant from meat to bakery just wonderful, staff can’t do enough for you. The private beach was an added bonus to the holiday, both snack bars were great if you didn’t want to go to the dining room for lunch, no bed wars plenty of beds for everyone, entertainment was brilliant the dancers were 5 star great production shows put on. And live music every night from 10 pm till late. Great sports program during the day , plenty of pools to entertain the little ones, Hotel taxis €25 one way to land of legends or €45 if you use same driver, €10 each way to belek shopping , Saturday market was worth it, went to land of legends for the day , it was worth the £40 ticket each u can come out for lunch at McDonald’s and it was reasonably priced. First time in turkey and will definitely be back

Definitely NOT a 5-Star Hotel – Disappointing Experience We are currently staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience so far has been very disappointing. In our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property. After our first night, we contacted reception to report an issue with our mattress. Our room has two beds pushed together, and one of the mattresses had a deep dip in the middle, clearly suggesting that it was old and worn out. We requested a replacement. We initially spoke to a receptionist named Milodia, who has a cast on her arm. After explaining the situation, she immediately called the reception manager and explained the issue to him in her own language while laughing. We then had to explain the entire situation again to the manager ourselves. We were told that an engineer or someone from maintenance would come to fix the problem, although it was obvious that the mattress needed replacing rather than repairing (“ how you gonna repair the mattress??? “) 😅 Nobody informed us that we should not leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door if we expected maintenance staff to enter the room. We reasonably assumed that the sign was intended to prevent housekeeping from disturbing us, not to prevent staff from addressing a reported maintenance issue. When we returned to our room that evening, the mattress had not been replaced. We called reception again, and a housekeeping employee was sent to our room. She simply turned the mattress over, suggesting that it might be better. Unfortunately, nothing changed. We were then told that the mattress would be replaced the following day. Instead, on the third day, we were given a mattress topper, which did very little to improve the situation. Only on the fourth day was the mattress finally replaced. By that point, after several nights of extremely uncomfortable sleep, we were already experiencing back and neck pain. Sleeping in these conditions was simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer five-star accommodation. The hygiene standards of the mattresses are also a serious concern. The mattresses are covered in yellow stains, which is both unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five-star. There were also other maintenance and safety concerns. The air conditioning appears to be poorly maintained, with an excessive amount of dust accumulated inside, and it does not cool the room properly. Furthermore, some electrical sockets are loose and coming out of the wall, which raises serious safety concerns. The attitude and service in the bar were another disappointment. Some staff members need proper training in customer service and professionalism. Watching employees chew gum, make faces, and behave unprofessionally behind the bar is not what guests should experience at a five-star hotel. There also appears to be insufficient staff to clear used plates, cups, and glasses. At times, waiters seem to deliberately ignore guests rather than provide the service expected. Fortunately, not everything was disappointing🙏 The food was by far the best part of our stay. The chefs were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they genuinely took the time to assist us with our food choices. The lobby coffee shop also deserves special recognition for its excellent service and good coffee. These were the highlights of our experience. Overall, the contrast between the excellent food and the poor accommodation, maintenance, and service is striking. A five-star hotel should provide comfortable beds, properly maintained facilities, safe electrical installations, and professional, attentive staff throughout the property — not just good food. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this hotel falls well short of those expectations. Management needs to take guest complaints more seriously, improve staff training, address maintenance and safety issues, and ensure that guests receive the level of service they are paying for. The food and the chefs deserve praise, but the rest of the experience has been far from five-star.

First time visiting turkey and we thought it was amazing.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.Plenty of pools to choose and a lovely beach and pier.The food was very good and the breads were all freshly made.Kebabs chicken on the spit and steak were very tasty.Entertainment at night was first class and the team during the day were great.
