For a family atmosphere Is not brilliant kids club is OK the kids disco not good as thay was playing 60s/ 70s/ 80s and some up to date music not really for little kids. The room are dated not 5* the food is mostly chicken not seen hotdogs or hamburger or onion rings no england sausage or bake beans. As kid love food like this .snack bar is the same everyday chicken raps only 2 restaurant open at the minute in May staff are OK we had to move rooms because one of the Balcony doors were faulty and was blowing wind though reception told us that thay will fix it by putting tape on the door to stop wind coming though but couldn't use anymore not the best . Drinks brands are not good you dnt get top brands .wouldn't book again. At the most would give it a 4* and thats pushing it .

We arrived and instantly met with smiling faces, and told food was available (arrived at 11pm) went to the restaurant and there was a plentiful selection and this is where we first met Erhan the waiter, what a star, not that the other staff weren’t great but first impressions always last, and that relationship lasted the whole holiday always going out of his way to say hello or when the restaurant was full he always found us a seat! Got to the room and was very impressed with the layout and size. The hotel is big and there’s plenty of space around the pool and beach, there is a reasonable gym and the lady that supervises it is always welcoming and helpful. There were no real downsides to the hotel in our opinion apart from the food at times being cold, and breakfast being a bit of a rat race but the staff here are hard working and the rooms cleaned daily, and the even left a nice letter to advice us to use the safe as we had left money lying out, that is a credit to the staff and shows their honesty. Drinks are served in glasses apart from the pool and beach areas as expected, and I would have gave this a 5 star review only for the food being cold at times, but there is something for everyone! We went to the Italian à la carte and it was very good. The entertainment team are also very good, and very welcoming, and hard working. All in all we really enjoyed the hotel it’s always being cleaned and is very spacious, and the staffs second to none! As previous I have to say a special thanks to Erhan and the girls who serve the drink (can’t remember no their names) but they made you feel very special, and always chatty and pleasant. Please pass on our thanks to them and ensure they get the recognition they deserve

It was good i liked the slides and swimming pools and the food and drinks were very good

Food needs to be more variety as a lot of chicken they need more bar staff of a evenings as there is only one serving at most of the time drinks not very good after your long wait but as a over all hotel it is fantastic just needs better staff foods and more entertainment for your little ones

Overall a good hotel, but with some pointers. In the april/may season it is possible that the airco isn't working. And there is not a lot of variation in food (everything is almost the same everyday). So if you are a picky eater, it will be difficult to eat differently every day. Pools are very nice. Entertainment also very nice. Like i said, overall good family hotel.
