The hotel was perfekt food ection is wide staff is smiling service is perfekt qnd fast and goktug was perfekt from the guedt relations

We came on the cusp of the season opening and would have appreciated advance information about every pool but one being useable and most facilities being closed. The photos represent the high Summer Season and not semi-open Spring. Watching the preparations for Easter was like watching people get ready for a party we weren't invited to. The older lady in the Spa facilities had absolutely no customer service skills and made booking a massage a horrid experience, such a shame. Other than this, it was a pleasant enough stay and we had a bargain.

We spend 45 days in this amazing resort, food was excellent, pools very clean, we fell home ❤️

Ramazan is one of the best staff in limak Lara he's one of the star staff here and we've been coming here for the staff and their very sweet and caring here Ramazan works in the lobby bar and is a very attentive staff member and Gultan is another star staff member who is always greeting everyone with a warm welcome and they work very hard and are the kindest people I've ever met in a hotel as a staff members I will definitely be coming back even more because of how well and attractive they are.

Food is 10/10 entertainment is good waiters help lots
