Limak Limra Hotel & Resort

We chose this hotel quickly as a second choice as our original booking elsewhere in Antalya was unable to go ahead. We had not had time to research it so didn't know what to expect. Fortunately, we were not disappointed! There are not many places that we would return to for a second time but both agreed we would. We stayed in low seaon meaning not al facilities were open but it didn't effect our holiday at all. There was still plenty to do both in the hotel and resort itself. One thing that stood out to us was the simple fact that I was given a different coloured wristband to indicate allergies which meant I was able to speak to restaurant staff about safe food choices ♥️ The food was very good with plenty of options at breakfast, lunch & dinner. *although not travelling with children, they were catered for too. We visited the patisserie, bowling alley, arcade, beach & spa where we each had a treatment. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool & on the beach. *the waterslides were not open yet but staff were preparing them for the start of the busy season, presumably Easter onwards. The surrounding area hosts a steeet market which was unfortunately on our last day so we were unable to visit it but it looked like a good opportunity to barter for goods! There were still opportunities to do this in the many clothing shops available on the main strip selling 'Designer' brand items at good prices. All the hotel staff were polite, friendly and professional. The cats are very well looked after! All round, a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay, and I especially want to highlight Leyla from housekeeping. Her due diligence and attention to detail were truly exceptional. The room wasn’t just clean: it was thoughtfully prepared with a level of care and creativity that made it feel genuinely welcoming. Small touches, the way everything was arranged, and the obvious pride she takes in her work really stood out. In fact, brands like Marriott, Belmond or Hilton could learn a thing or two from Leyla about what great housekeeping looks like. She clearly goes above and beyond the standard expectations. Pros  *General areas are clean and staff in the main are very pleasant  *It would be a fabulous family resort   when fully operational, well planned children's area with all facilities together *The Patisserie is very pretty and a pleasing place to sit *Many facilities, huge outside pools, large complex *The outside heated pool is very warm and relaxing *There are beautiful large fish tanks in the restaurant bar *There is a very large pond that runs around a Chinese pagoda seating area with Koi carp and Terrapins, with other wild life *Lovely view of the mountains from the dinning room with lush trees *Lots of cats around the resorts, all well cared for and amusing Cons *Only third of the facilities were  accessable out of season *Minimum choice of food, but passable *Sauteed lamb turned out to be liver *Minimal staff *No dairy free alternative milk *No antibac in the restaurant entrance, I did mention this to the restaurant manager who said it would be replaced, within our weeks stay it wasn't! This for me is a big deal, as I was very unwell two days after arriving that lasted 48 hrs. *Table service was hit and miss, mostly miss, expected to drink water from bottles not glasses, as non were provided  • Children were allowed to run around the restaurant and dinning room, this iny option is an accident waiting to happen. A lack of a proactive restaurant manager. • The two toilets (literally) closest to the restaurant only had soap in one dispenser all week, other was empty  *Poor entertainment, if at all, deffinately not proactive in engaging clients, apart from the Friday with a singing group who really did lift the spirit. *Room furniture, won't be missed as every drawer and door banged as they closed with ferocity. Reminiscing of        'Arkwright's till' for those who remember. Word of warning don't open both bedside drawers together as the whole unit falls forward without warning! * The fish tanks are in need of care and medication as a lot of the fish are quite sick with dead ones being eaten by other fish, this isn't a pleasant sight when sitting to admire. I'm a keen fish keeper. * The building itself is not astheticly pleasing with small balconies that are stacked, my opinion only. It can feel somewhat claustrophobic when sitting on ground level. It is not stated and we weren't advised by our travel agents (Hays) that the same services are not available out of season, this I feel should be made clear in the description. Overall a clear feeling of everything is cut to the bone or scrimping on whatever they can.

Just returned again from Limak Limra Hotel and resort, the winter offering is great patisserie, restaurant, rooms are of a great standard cleaned daily and mini bar replenished with soft drinks daily, Animation team of Dani, Ali and Tahir are fantastic keep everyone entertained at night and Ali with darts, Dani is great fun especially at archery teaching us well, one of the reasons I return is becouse of Dani, ali and Tahir great great team. Levent in the lobby is a genuine knowledgeable and trusted person to buy your trips from I am a regular in turkiye and levebts smile and freindly nature is great he's been at the hotel years. Looking forward to returning in October this year for more fun with Dani, Ali, Tahir and the rest of the fantastic restaurant waiters all fantastic.

Brilliant rooms, lovely hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating to myself who is disabled and hotel is wheelchair friendly and easy to navigate
