Nice hotel for families. Could do with some more activities to keep occupied. Indoor pool, sauna and hamam were great to use. Decent gym for a hotel. Food variety across a day and week provided something for everyone. Rooms were fine, not amazing but more than adequate for a family stay. Rooms and bathroom, and toilets across the hotel were clean.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was truly outstanding. The rooms, common areas, and restaurants were always spotless and well-maintained. The swimming pools were large, clean, and very well looked after. It was clear that hygiene standards were taken seriously throughout the day. The beach was one of the highlights of our vacation. The sea was crystal clear, and the beach area was spacious, clean, and well organized. We never had any difficulty finding sunbeds, and the overall maintenance of the beach was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable holiday experience. We booked 7 nights/8 days in this hotel, and the first 5 days were a disaster. Upon arrival we were assigned a room( standard room category) that wasn't suitable for 4 people. It was very small and the fourth bed was blocking the whole space ( mirror, fridge) , there wasn't even space for the luggage. We complained and we were promised a bigger room ( same category ) on the second day of our stay due to availability. After I told them that this was inconvenient for us because we had to unpack and pack again a lady at reception started blaming us, saying that we should have checked upfront and we better solve this with our agency ( which wasn't a very viable option as we had to go through international calls or emails that would be responded late ). She offered to give us the bigger room on that same day for a payment. To us that showed there was in fact availability. The experience with reception made us very upset and I considered the communication far from good hospitality standards. From not answering the phone to turning the back while I was speaking. Anyway the second day when we were given the other room ( after backs and forths ) my son got sick with severe vomiting continued by a severe diharrea. We strongly suspect it was from lack of hygiene in food. The same symptoms started for my husband and then to me for the next few days. One day I was shocked to see, in the live cooking stations how raw meat was handled in the grilling board next to the cooked meat and with the same plastic gloves. Other aspects also didn't meet expectations especially because the hotel had very good reviews: 1. Some facilities were very old ( some pools, bathrooms) etc 2. The restaurant hygiene in handling food and cleaning in general wasn't good. Like the floors were very dirty. 3. The waiters didn't ask if they could serve us a drink ( for dinner or lunch) 4. More than once we were asked to leave the restaurant as it was closing time ( never, ever in our lives, in an open buffet we were asked to leave, even if they removed the buffet at the closing times). One time the waiter even took our unfinished plates at 9.27 o'clock because the closing time was 9.30.. no asking if we were finished or not .. absolutely unacceptable!!! 5. At the same time they never came to take the finished plates from the table while we were eating. 6. The food wasn't good at all. Most of the days, also because we were sick we ended up eating bananas ( if available) and yoghurt. Even french fries were dry and not edible and picas were yak. 7. The other daily restaurant offered leftover food from the main restaurant. Nothing yummy, one time I found cat hair on the potatoes. 8. In the bars there was always a long line and no extra effort to shorten it. 9. The animation team wasn't fun at all. They mostly spoke Turkish and Russian and gave priority to Turkish and Russian guests. 10. Housekeeping was so so, not bad but also not perfect. 11. The sea wasn't clean. There was a thin layer of petrol on the top. I think they should not allow motorized vehicles near the shore. 12. People were generally helpful if asked. But seems to me they are helpful solving problems that shouldn't have been there in the first place. The consumption and waste was so great. I will not vouch for All inclusive options from now on. We as responsible consumers felt like we were paying for the greedy guests. This gave life to the expression "More means Less".
