As this was our first family holiday in a very long time, and first with the children, we were all very excited and had read the reviews, thought this was the hotel for us. How wrong we were. Firstly, we can start with the positives (ish)- fairly OK, 2 out of the 3 rooms were fine, the 3rd however, had a broken shower and we had to get the team to fix this, more than once. Not a 5* at all. Cleaners were probably the nicest member of staff at the hotel. On one of the evenings at the start of our holiday, an Estonian family assaulted my sister, in front of her children and in front our mother who has dementia. I went to the guest relations and spoke to two women, who advised that they would check the CCTV and come to see us the next day, this never happened. It was about 2 further days before one of the managers came up to us and we told him how terrible their security were, they allowed this family to stay, I advised that his staff were supposed to come and find me and advise the next steps as my mother and nieces were scared, naturally. He advised me that the other family had made accusations, to which I asked him had he checked the CCTV, I do not drink and was completely sober when this happened, he said he would, but again nothing came of this. I told him it was unacceptable for the hotel to allow this to continue and for us to walk around the hotel having to see this family who were quite obviously embarrassed as they held their heads each time and look away. He didn't do anything and we went to check out on the last day, was advised that the CCTV does not cover the Lykia Bar - the main bar where the live singing is, and none of this was caught on camera. The hotel staff lied about having CCTV/it working so please watch yourself. The manager was clearly shouting at his head of security before we were leaving as they were saying stuff whilst looking at us, hand gesturing in Turkish. They had hope this would all blow under the table, but I will attach the bruises my sister had and just advise people that they could not care less about their guests. Despite showing the bruises, they still didn't care, so the only way for them to take notice is to do this and complain to Easyjet. Their staff are rude, their management are poor, bar about 3 of them (one lifeguard, one bartender and the cleaner). The market was ridiculously expensive, my brother was playing darts won and the staff didn't like him and refused, wasn't allowed in the nightclub despite having the same wristbands as others. You will be treated differently if you are British. I would advise you not to stay at this hotel.
Rooms very clean, staff can’t do enough for you, good variety of food each day and night and plenty of sunbeds. The new built pier is lovely
Awesome holiday! This is my 8th time spending a holiday at Limak Limra Hotel & Resort. It offers perfect hospitality every time. Special thanks to Mr. Ersan Ata for his outstanding hospitality.
All the staff is friendly and helpfull. Of there is something, they always want to help you with everything
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the all-inclusive package was fantastic with plenty of delicious food and drinks throughout the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Great atmosphere for families and couples alike. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily return again
