Limak Limra Hotel & Resort

I genuinely don’t understand how Limak Limra in Kemer is rated as a five-star hotel. After staying here, I can honestly say it falls well below the standard I would expect. The rooms are extremely outdated, tired, and in desperate need of a complete refurbishment. They feel like they’ve been untouched for years and certainly don’t reflect what you would expect from a five-star resort. The buffet was another major disappointment. The food lacked quality, variety, and flavour, and after a couple of days it became repetitive and uninspiring. The most upsetting part of our stay was how the hotel handled a medical emergency. My wife, who is pregnant, experienced some bleeding, so we immediately asked the hotel for assistance. We were left waiting for over an hour after being told we would be taken to a nearby clinic. After all that waiting, we were then told they couldn’t take us there after all and that we would need to travel approximately 2 to 2½ hours to another hospital instead. In such a stressful situation, this was completely unacceptable. We had no choice but to arrange and pay for treatment at a private hospital ourselves. What shocked me even more was that after everything that happened, not a single member of hotel management contacted us to check on my wife’s condition or ask if we needed any assistance. For a hotel claiming to offer five-star service, the complete lack of care, empathy, and concern was disgraceful. I do, however, want to give special recognition to Harun. He was by far the best part of our stay. He was always welcoming, genuinely kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help whenever he could. He treated us with respect and compassion and made us feel cared for in a way that the hotel management never did. Harun is a true credit to the hotel, and without dedicated staff like him, our experience would have been even worse. Unfortunately, one outstanding employee cannot make up for the hotel’s many shortcomings. Between the outdated rooms, poor-quality buffet, and the unacceptable handling of a medical emergency, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. We will never return, and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere if they’re expecting a genuine five-star experience.

Just returned from a fabulous one week stay here. With kids aged 12+13. Food was fabulous, great themed nights. Make sure to take advantage of the alacartes on offer as well. Always something available to eat. Pool areas were amazing, biggest pools ever and slides fab. Really clean and biggest win no sun bed wars! Could go down at 9am and still plenty left. Beach area again fab, pebbly so take beach shoes. Entertainment we found not the best as not much in English, kids didn't take part in anything as most activities were for adults only. Shows in the evening were average but didn't bother us. Cocktails were great and so was the service. Our kids met a group and they were busy having fun with them to be interested or need any other entertainment. They had an inflatable night for younger children and the foam party on a Thurs was a big hit for everyone. Shops outside the hotel were great for all the usual holiday buys (bags/football shirts etc). Little amusement arcade and indoor pool also available. So many quiet spots to sit and relax. We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for a fab holiday.

We are now stay in the Limak Limra hotel, booked a two weeks tour from 2.08.26 till 15.08.26 in a Standard room, which assumes garden or pool view. Upon check-in we received room 1201 on the second floor of the main building with a view of the dirty roof and an unpleasant smell inside the room. Staff on the reception seriously believes that this is a standard room what we booked for ourselves for a two-weeks vacation. It is proposed to move to a better room in four days on 6.08.26, but in the meantime we "enjoy" our vacation in this room. Very disappointing!

Very good location, friendly staff, and good, varied food.

A good hotel for a simple vacation. The sea is clean, and there is a nice pier. There are nearby streets where you can walk in the evening. We didn't get the best room, but I think it's just us. The food is average, and the water park is above average. I really enjoyed the bar in the lobby and the excellent bartenders, Mehmet and Pinar, who always provided excellent service.
